Description

The present invention relates to a rotary electronic component with a moderation feeling used in a rotary operation unit of various electronic devices.

In recent years, there are many rotary electronic parts with a sense of moderation that have a moderation feeling (click) function that makes it easy to understand the amount of rotation operation as an input operation system when setting the operation of various in-vehicle devices such as air conditioner devices and audio devices. It has been adopted.

For a rotating electronic component with a sense of moderation used in an in-vehicle device, a light click feeling is desired, and a reliable one with little deterioration of the click feeling even when the rotation operation is repeated is desired.

As a rotating electronic component with a moderation feeling of Conventional Example 1, a rotating electronic component with a moderation feeling described in Patent Document 1 below is known.

Hereinafter, the rotary electronic component with moderation described in Patent Document 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating the ball holding portion 920a of the rotating electronic component 900 with a moderation feeling.

In the rotary electronic component with moderation feeling 900, a plurality of concave portions 910a and convex portions 910b are provided on a dial 910 for operating a switch. A ball holding portion 920a is disposed to face the uneven portion. The ball holding portion 920a is provided with an opening portion 920b into which the ball 930 is precisely fitted and a holding hole portion 920c into which the ball 930 is loosely fitted.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, in the rotating electronic component 900 with a moderation feeling, the dial 910 of the first rotor portion 990 is formed of an annular member, and a spherical ball 930 is disposed on the first holder portion 991. ing. In addition, the wavy detent-shaped sliding surface of the dial 910 is configured to elastically slide with the ball 930 elastically contacted by the first elastic member 992 to generate a sense of moderation.

The first lubricant 940 is applied between the sliding surface of the dial 910 and the ball 930. However, the first lubricant 940 flows when the operator repeats the rotating operation of the rotor portion, and oozes out from the gap side 980 and the gap length 985 between the holder part and the rotor part. For this reason, the first lubricant 940 gradually decreases on the sliding surface of the dial 910.

However, in the conventional rotating electronic parts with moderation feeling, a lubricant such as grease is applied to the contact surface between the actuator and the cam member in order to prevent wear and smooth the operation. Since there is no member that specifically regulates the flow out of the water, it oozes out during use. Therefore, there is a problem that the feeling of moderation changes compared to the initial stage and a problem that the lubricant exudes from a place where the lubricant is unnecessary.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems, and to provide a rotary electronic component with a moderation feeling that has a high degree of reliability of a moderation feeling and that does not cause unnecessary bleeding of a lubricant.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the signal generation means is a photosensor that detects the rotation state of the first member.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the cam member is composed of a rib and a sliding surface provided on the upper surface of the rib, and the pair of regulating surfaces are provided in a region close to the opening to regulate the flow of the lubricant. FIG.

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, the moderately-rotated electronic component 10 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

An operation panel 100 such as an in-vehicle air conditioner device according to the first embodiment includes a rotating electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling, an operation switch unit 30 and the like as shown in FIG.

The rotary electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling is rotated by an operator and used for temperature adjustment of an in-vehicle air conditioner device. In addition, the operation switch unit 30 is used for a switch operation or the like for switching between a case where the temperature adjustment of the in-vehicle air conditioner device is automatically performed and a case where the temperature is manually performed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the rotary electronic component with moderation 10 includes a rotor 11 as a first member, a photosensor 20 as a signal generating unit, a holder 12 as a second member, and a cam. The member 11a, the holding part 17, the actuator 16, the elastic member 15, and the lubricant 40 are comprised.

The moderating rotary electronic component 10 has a substantially cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. In addition, the upper portion of the rotary electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling is rotatably supported, and a plurality of small convex recesses (not shown) are provided on the circumference of the rotor 11 so as to be easily rotated by an operator. It is formed so as not to slip. Further, a rectangular wave-shaped portion 11 c is formed along the circumferential direction of the rotor 11 in the lower portion of the rotary electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling.

The holder 12 is fixed, and the rotor 11 has a common rotation center shaft 4 and is supported by the holder 12 so as to relatively rotate.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rotor 11 includes a cam member 11 a having a sliding surface 3 that extends in the circumferential direction around the rotation center shaft 4 and has a corrugated detent shape (concave / convex shape). The rotor 11 is formed of a resin material (ABS, polycarbonate, or the like) that has high electrical insulation and good mechanical workability.

4 and 5, the cam member 11a of the rotor 11 is an annular convex member having a predetermined height 11b in the direction of the rotation center axis and having the rotation center axis 4 as the center. The sliding surface 3 provided on the upper surface of the rib 11d having a predetermined height 11b is elastically contacted with a ball-shaped actuator 16 which is elastically contacted by an elastic member 15 which is a coil spring. ) It is formed to generate a feeling.

As shown in FIG. 5, the rotor 11 has a first plane portion 1 that is substantially perpendicular to the rotation center axis 4, and a holder 12 has a second plane portion 2 that faces the first plane portion 1. A cam member 11 a is provided on the surface of the flat surface portion 1 facing the second flat surface portion 2.

In the holder 12, an annular convex member is inserted into the surface of the second flat portion 2 on the surface facing the cam member 11 a in a region including the opening 5 on the surface facing the first flat portion 1 with a predetermined gap. An outer diameter side surface 12a and an inner diameter side surface 12b are formed as a pair of regulating surfaces in the annular recess member 6 (annular groove). Since the cam member 11a is an annular convex member and the restricting surfaces are the outer diameter side surface 12a and the inner diameter side surface 12b of the annular recess member 6, the space efficiency is good and the size can be reduced.

The holder 12 is formed of a resin material (ABS or polycarbonate, etc.) having high electrical insulation and good mechanical workability.

The holding | maintenance part 17 is provided in the holder 12, and has the opening part 5 in the opposing surface with the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a. The annular recess member 6 provided in the region including the opening 5 of the holding portion 17 is formed so that the annular projection member of the cam member 11a is inserted into the interior with a predetermined gap. The holding unit 17 holds the actuator 16 with a degree of freedom in a direction parallel to the rotation center axis 4.

The actuator 16 is arranged in a state where a part of the actuator 16 protrudes from the holding portion 17. Further, since the lubricant 40 is applied in the annular recess 6, an appropriate amount exists between the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11 a and the actuator 16.

Lubricant 40 performs an action of extending the life of a wear part that is elastically slid and a rust preventive effect by applying appropriate lubrication between sliding surface 3 of cam member 11 a and actuator 16. The lubricant 40 is formed of a material such as soft viscous grease.

The actuator 16 is a steel ball formed in a spherical shape as shown in FIG. The elastic member 15 is a spring member formed in a shape in which an elongated metal wire is spirally wound.

The rectangular wave-shaped part 11c configured on the lower side of the rotor 11 has a constant interval (for example, an interval of 10 degrees) along the circumferential direction of the rotor 11, and a section where the side surface of the rotor 11 is present and a side surface of the rotor 11 No sections are formed alternately.

As shown in FIG. 4, the light emitting surface 20 a and the light receiving surface 20 b of the photosensor 20 are formed so as to be parallel to the rotation center axis 4 of the rectangular wave shape portion 11 c of the rotor 11.

When the rotor 11 is rotated by an operator, the photosensor 20 can detect light from the light emitting surface 20a in a section where the side surface of the rotor 11 is not present, and the light receiving surface 20b in a section where the side surface of the rotor 11 is present. Cannot be detected. A detection circuit (not shown) receives the on / off detection signal output from the light receiving surface 20b of the photosensor 20 at this time, and the rotation angle of the rotor 11 (at an interval of 10 degrees, for example) (Rotation state) can be calculated. Therefore, the rotating electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling can cope with a usage in which the rotation operation range is unlimited.

The lubricant 40 is applied to an area surrounded by the inner diameter side surface 12b and the outer diameter side surface 12a of the annular recess member 6 and the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a.

Here, the operation of the rotary electronic component 10 with a sense of moderation will be described. When the operator rotates the rotor 11, the cam member 11 a and the actuator 16 rotate and move while being supported by the holder 12 while being moderated through the lubricant 40.

When the rotor 11 is rotationally moved, the elastic member 15 is deformed according to the applied force via the actuator 16 which is elastically contacted because the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a has a corrugated detent shape. To do. The elastic member 15 is compressed when the convex portion of the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a and the actuator 16 are positioned, and is expanded when the concave portion of the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a and the actuator 16 are positioned.

Therefore, when the rotor 11 rotates, the lubricant 40 flows between the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a and the actuator 16 as the actuator 16 moves up and down.

Although the lubricant 40 flows, since the lubricant 40 is surrounded by the outer diameter side surface 12a and the inner diameter side surface 12b of the annular recess member 6 of the holder 12 and the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a, the movement is restricted, and the annular recess It will stay in the member 6. Therefore, it does not ooze out from the gap between the holder 12 and the rotor 11.

Accordingly, even when the rotor 11 is repeatedly rotated by the operator, the flow of the lubricant 40 is restricted, so that the lubricant 40 does not ooze out, so that an appropriate amount of the lubricant 40 is always present on the sliding surface 3 of the cam member 11a. Will do. Further, there is no possibility that the lubricant 40 oozes out and contaminates the appearance of the rotary electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling.

As described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary electronic component 10 with a moderation feeling in which the reliability of the moderation feeling is high and the lubricant 40 is not oozed out unnecessarily.
