- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された薄膜トランジスタと、
前記薄膜トランジスタ上において、マトリクス状に配置された複数の画素毎に形成された、下部電極と発光層と上部電極とを有する発光領域と、
前記画素毎に、平面視で前記発光領域の外側で、前記画素の1つの角部に形成され、前記薄膜トランジスタと前記下部電極を接続するコンタクトホールと、を備え、
前記マトリクス状に配置された画素の境界の交点を共有する4つの画素のうち、対角に配置された第1の一組の画素のみが、前記交点を有する前記角部に前記コンタクトホールを有し、
前記4つの画素のうち、対角に配置された第2の一組の画素のみが、前記交点の対角に位置する前記角部に前記コンタクトホールを有する、
ことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置であって、
前記発光領域が平面視でL字型である、
ことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置であって、
前記発光領域が平面視で矩形である、
ことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置であって、
前記発光領域が平面視で三角形である、
ことを特徴とする有機エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。
