Description
延焼防止対象物の延焼を防止する火災延焼防止方法であって、
発泡固化する発泡剤を吐出し、吐出した前記発泡剤に難燃材を吐出することにより難燃性発泡剤を前記延焼防止対象物に形成する形成工程、を含むものである。
延焼防止対象物の延焼を防止する火災延焼防止装置であって、
発泡固化する発泡剤を吐出する第1ノズルと、
難燃剤を吐出する第2ノズルとを備え、
前記第1ノズルは発泡剤を吐出し、前記第2ノズルは前記吐出した前記発泡剤に難燃材を吐出することにより難燃性発泡剤を前記延焼防止対象物に形成するものである。
熱膨張性黒鉛(市販品)と、ポリリン酸アンモニウム粉末をメラミン系樹脂により被覆したマイクロカプセルと、硫酸アルミニウム粉末と、水酸化アルミニウム粉末(市販品)とを混合し、不燃材とした。ポリウレタン樹脂の第1液としてポリオール水系発泡剤(市販品)を用い、ポリウレタン樹脂の第2液としてポリイソシアネート(市販品)を用い、2液混合したのち、市販の吹付器で延焼防止対象物に対して吹き付けた。このとき、不燃材も吹き付けた。第1液、第2液及び不燃材の比率は、第1液が25〜40質量%、第2液が25〜40質量%、難燃材が20〜50質量%とした。この範囲で配合を変えて複数の発泡剤の試料を作成した。延焼防止対象物としては、ベニヤ板、ガラス板、鋼板、アルミニウム板、ケイ酸カルシウム板、塩化ビニル板、FRP板、石膏ボード及びロックウールとした。図4は、難燃性発泡剤の吹き付け後の写真である。図4に示すように、すべての延焼防止対象物に対して吹き付け可能であった。
吹き付けした試料に対し、ガスバーナにより火炎を最長20分間接触させ、外観を観察した。その結果、ガラス板、鋼板、アルミニウム板、ケイ酸カルシウム板、石膏ボード及びロックウールの実験では、残炎なし、残じん無しであった。ベニヤ板の実験では、ベニヤ板が炭化した。これについては、吹付材の厚さを均一又は厚くすることにより炭化対策が可能であるものと推察された。塩化ビニル板及びFRP板では、これらが溶融したため、実験を途中で終了した。しかし、残炎なし、残じん無しであった。このように、本願発明の難燃性発泡剤では、延焼を防止することができることがわかった。

- 延焼防止対象物の延焼を防止する火災延焼防止方法であって、
発泡固化する発泡剤を吐出し、前記延焼防止対象物に形成される前の吐出中の前記発泡剤に難燃材を吐出することにより難燃性発泡剤を前記延焼防止対象物に形成する形成工程、を含む火災延焼防止方法。 - 前記発泡剤は、発泡ウレタンである、請求項1に記載の火災延焼防止方法。
- 前記難燃材は、炭素材、ポリリン酸アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、水酸化アルミニウムのうち1以上を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の火災延焼防止方法。
- 延焼防止対象物の延焼を防止する火災延焼防止装置であって、
発泡固化する発泡剤を吐出する第1ノズルと、
難燃剤を吐出する第2ノズルとを備え、
前記第1ノズルは発泡剤を吐出し、前記第2ノズルは前記延焼防止対象物に形成される前の吐出中の前記発泡剤に対して前記難燃材を吐出することにより難燃性発泡剤を前記延焼防止対象物に形成する、
