Claims (7)
- ラミネーション装置において、
電極材ロールから巻き戻された電極材をカッティングするカッター;
前記カッティングされた電極材を移送させる移送手段;
ラミネーターの投入手段の前段に位置し、前記移送手段上の前記カッティングされた電極材の前記ラミネーターの投入手段への投入をガイドする電極ガイド;
前記カッティングされた電極材とセパレーター材を前記ラミネーターに投入させる投入手段;及び
前記セパレーター材を前記カッティングされた電極材の上部または下部に重ねた状態で、前記カッティングされた電極材に熱と圧力を加えてラミネーティングするラミネーター;を含み、
前記電極ガイドは、所定の大きさを有する四角板形状の複数のアームが所定の間隔に離隔され、四角板形状の一つのボディーに直角に連結されている形態を有するラミネーション装置。 - 前記電極ガイドで前記カッティングされた電極材が移送される方向の一側面の大きさは、前記電極ガイドと前記移送手段及び前記ラミネーターの投入手段の間の干渉のない限度内で最大の大きさを有するように決定される請求項1に記載のラミネーション装置。
- 前記電極ガイドで前記カッティングされた電極材が移送される方向と垂直の方向の一側面の大きさは、前記カッティングされた電極材または前記セパレーター材の大きさに基づいて決定される請求項1または2に記載のラミネーション装置。
- 前記電極材は、片面にのみ電極がコーティングされた片面電極材である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のラミネーション装置。
- 前記電極材ロールは、前記電極がコーティングされた片面が内面に向かい、ホイル層が外面に向かうように巻き取られている請求項4に記載のラミネーション装置。
- 前記ラミネーション装置によって前記セパレーター材がラミネーティングされた前記片面電極材は、R型バイセルまたはL型バイセルの製造に利用される請求項4または5に記載のラミネーション装置。
- 前記電極ガイドは、脱着可能である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のラミネーション装置。
