Description

Claims (4)
- 上部および下部を有する後頭部プレートと、
1つまたは複数の横方向部材とを備え、
関節継手部材としての前記下部は、第1把持アームおよび第2把持アームとしての前記横方向部材を受けるための少なくとも1つの開口部を含み、
前記関節継手部材は、第1端部および第2端部を有する筐体を含み、
前記第1把持アームは、前記関節継手部材の前記筐体の前記第1端部から延び、前記第2把持アームは、前記関節継手部材の前記筐体の前記第2端部から延び、
延長部材は、第1端部で前記後頭部プレートの前記下部に動作可能に取り付けられ、第2端部で前記関節継手部材に動作可能に取り付けられ、
前記関節継手部材は、前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームに対して関節動作することが可能であり、
前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームが、前記筐体に対して共に内側に引き込まれる場合、前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームは、固定され、
前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームは、前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームの内面にそって延びる複数個の歯を含み、
前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームが、共に内側に引き込まれる場合、前記複数個の歯は、前記第1把持アームおよび前記第2把持アームが互いに向かって内側に中心へ動くにつれて、椎骨に対してつかむ、後頭部プレートシステム。 - 前記後頭部プレートが、前記後頭部プレートの上部と比較して下部の近くでより厚さが大きくなるように先細になる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記後頭部プレートの前記上部が、複数の穴を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記穴が菱形のパターンで配置されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
