Description
(可使時間)
主剤と硬化剤とを混合した後、混合液の25℃における粘度が10万又は20万mPa・sに達するまでの時間を可使時間とした。なお、粘度は、東機産業社製TV−10Hを用いて、6号ローターで、25℃、10rpmの条件で測定した。
作製した塗膜材の引張強さ、破断時の伸び率、破断時のつかみ間の伸び率、抗張積、引裂強さ、及び加熱処理前後の引張強さ比は、JIS A 6021に基づいて測定した。
(主剤の調製)
容器にトリレンジイソシアネート(日本ポリウレタン社製、TDI−100)を12.62重量部仕込み、窒素気流下において、数平均分子量2000のポリプロピレンエーテルポリオール(第一工業製薬社製、ハイフレックス D−2000)67.67重量部、数平均分子量5000のポリプロピレンエーテルポリオール(第一工業製薬社製、ポリハードナー T−5000)19.70重量部、及びマロン酸ジエチル(立山化成社製)0.01重量部を加え、攪拌しながら、70℃で4時間反応させて、イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含む主剤を調製した。なお、プレポリマー中のイソシアネート基の含有率は2.75重量%であった。
容器に表1に示す各成分を表1に示す配合量で仕込み、25℃でディゾルバーを用いて15分間攪拌し、硬化剤を得た。なお、表1において、硬化剤中の各成分の含有量は、いずれも硬化剤100重量%中の含有量である。
主剤100重量部と硬化剤200重量部を混合し(イソシアネート基当量/活性水素基当量=2.2)、可使時間を確認しながら、離型処理したアルミモールドにコテ又はヘラを用いて厚み1.5〜2mmとなるように塗布し、23℃、相対湿度30%で24時間硬化させ、塗膜材を得た。
Claims (5)
- 架橋剤として、ジエチルトルエンジアミン及び4官能以上のポリエーテルポリオールを含有し、
前記4官能以上のポリエーテルポリオールは、アルキレンジアミンとアルキレンオキサイドとを反応して得られるアミン系ポリエーテルテトラオールであるポリウレタン塗膜材用硬化剤。 - アルキレンジアミンがエチレンジアミンであり、アルキレンオキサイドがプロピレンオキサイドである請求項1記載のポリウレタン塗膜材用硬化剤。
- アミン系ポリエーテルテトラオールは、数平均分子量が300以下である請求項1又は2記載のポリウレタン塗膜材用硬化剤。
- ジエチルトルエンジアミンの含有量は、重量基準で4官能以上のポリエーテルポリオールの含有量の2〜8倍である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリウレタン塗膜材用硬化剤。
- イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含有する主剤と、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリウレタン塗膜材用硬化剤とにより構成されるポリウレタン塗膜材用二液型キット。
