Description

The present invention relates to a warmsuit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a warmsuit suitable for cold seasons and cold regions.

Thermal insulation is desired in cold seasons and cold areas. Of course, it is useful in an outdoor atmosphere, and warming clothes are convenient when the room is not sufficiently heated or is in a room without heating. Conventionally, outerwear such as a feather jacket or a batting jacket is known as a heat insulating garment (for example, Patent Document 1). As for underwear, for example, Patent Document 2 proposes a heat insulating garment in which quilt cotton is arranged from the shoulder to the front and back of the chest.

However, conventional heat-insulations have problems in heat retention and comfort, and have problems in durability such as washing.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the present invention provides a heat-insulating dress that has high heat-retaining properties and is comfortable to wear and has high washing durability.

The thermal insulation of the present invention is a thermal insulation including a front body and a back body, and there is a thermal insulation part including batting at least at the upper back of the rear body, and the thermal insulation part is between the inner fabric and the outer fabric. The heat retaining part is a quilt part partitioned by sewing threads, the quilt direction of the quilt part is only the body circumferential direction, and the quilt part has three or more sections in the vertical direction. In addition, one section width is 10 to 70 mm, the batting is a long fiber batting, and at least a part of the batting is fixed by sewing threads on both sides of the quilt portion, The fabric constituting the back body and the heat retaining portion is a knitted fabric, and the inner or outer fabric constituting the heat retaining portion is used as a body fabric, or the heat retaining portion itself is a body fabric.

In the present invention, there is a heat retaining part including batting at least at the upper back of the back body, and the heat retaining property is high. Further, the fabric inside or outside the heat retaining part is used as the body cloth, or the heat retaining part itself is the body cloth, so that the texture is flexible and the heat retaining property is enhanced by the heat insulation by the air layer of the batting. Furthermore, even if washing is repeated, the unevenness of the batting is less likely to occur, and the washing resistance is improved.

FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a warmsuit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic rear view of the heat insulating suit. 3A-B is a schematic cross-sectional view of the back surface of the heat insulating suit. FIG. 4 is a schematic enlarged cross-sectional view of the quilt portion of the heat insulation suit. FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view of the long fiber batting. FIG. 6 is a schematic explanatory view of the method for producing the long fiber batting. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a package in which a plurality of long fiber batting is bundled and a film is wrapped in a cylindrical shape around the length direction. FIG. 8 is a schematic rear view of the short-sleeved shirt. FIG. 9 is a schematic rear view of the vest.

The heat insulating clothes of the present invention are heat insulating clothes including a front body and a back body, and a heat insulating part including batting is present at least at the upper back portion of the rear body. The entire guardian or the entire front and back body may be formed with a heat retaining part, but at least if there is a heat retaining part including batting from the upper back to the shoulder of the rear body, the heat retaining property is high and the comfort is also good I can keep it. Furthermore, it is possible to insulate the portion where the comforter is difficult to put on at bedtime.

The heat retaining portion is a quilt portion that is partitioned into a plurality of pieces by a normal sewing thread. However, in the case where the body fabric is a fabric that can be heat-sealed, it is also possible to form a seamless portion that is partitioned by heat fusion and has no seams. In addition, since the quilt part using a sewing thread is normally used, it demonstrates as a quilt part below. In the quilt portion, the inner side (body side) or the outer side (outside air side) is a body fabric (a body fabric). If the fabric on the inner side (body side) or the outer side (outside air side) of the quilt portion is the fabric of the back body, the fabric can be reduced and the weight of the warming suit can be reduced. As another example, it is good also considering the quilt part itself as a body cloth (body cloth). Moreover, when the said heat retention part is a quilt part divided by the sewing thread | yarn, since the quilt direction of the said quilt part is a body periphery direction, texture is flexible and it can provide heat insulation clothes with high washing durability etc. That is, since the quilt part is filled with batting, the heat retaining property is enhanced by the heat insulation by the air layer of the batting. Further, since the batting is filled in the quilt portion, even when washing is repeated, the unevenness of the batting is less likely to occur, and the washing resistance is improved.

The batting may be any of long fiber batting, card web made of short fibers, non-woven fabric, molded cotton, grain cotton, etc., but long fiber batting is preferred from the standpoint of washing resistance. The long fiber batting may be any entangled yarn, tow (aggregate of filament fibers), etc., but entangled yarn is preferred from the viewpoint of light weight and moderate bulkiness. It is preferable that the batting used for the heat insulation of the present invention is arranged in the body circumferential direction, and the quilt direction is also formed in the body circumferential direction. Thereby, there is no bias of the batting by washing and washing resistance becomes high. In addition, the filling of the long-fiber filling makes it difficult for the filling to come out from the side fabric (quilt cloth).

It is preferable that the long fiber batting is not fixed to a sewing thread (quilt thread) formed in the body circumferential direction. In this way, the long-fiber batting is not crushed or restrained, so that the heat retaining property can be maintained high.

It is preferable that at least a part of the end of the long fiber batting is fixed with sewing threads on both sides of the quilt portion. In this way, even if washing is repeated, there is no unevenness of the batting and the washing resistance is increased. Moreover, it becomes difficult for long fiber batting to slip out of the side fabric (quilt cloth). It is preferable that both ends of the long fiber batting are fixed, but if even a part of the ends are fixed, the washing resistance is improved due to the entanglement of the fibers. It is preferable to use a thread with elongation as the sewing thread. As a result, the sewing thread follows even when the body fabric is stretched, and it does not lose its shape and keeps comfort.

The fabric constituting the front body, the back body and the quilt portion is preferably a knitted fabric. If it is a knitted fabric, it is stretched, the texture is good and the comfort is good. The knitted fabric is preferably knitted, knit, warp knitted or the like. Moreover, it is preferable to use the same knitted fabric as the fabric constituting the front body, the back body, the quilt part, and the sleeve part to be attached if necessary. If it is the same knitted fabric, dyeing | staining, a texture, etc. can be made the same and a feeling of wear will also become favorable.

The long fiber batting includes a core yarn and a flower yarn longer than the core yarn, the core yarn and the flower yarn are entangled and integrated, and the flower yarn is opened to form a loop-like fiber. It is preferable. Since this long fiber batting has air-entangled long fibers (multifilaments), it is bulky, excellent in washing resistance, high in productivity, and low in manufacturing cost. In addition, if the long fiber batting is at least partially fixed to the quilt cloth at the end, the length does not change, and the flower yarn and the core yarn are integrated. The movement of the batting is restricted, and it is possible to provide a heat-insulating dress that is less biased, does not lose fibers, and has a high bulk. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a warmsuit having good drape and high warmth.

The long fiber batting is preferably an entangled yarn. The entanglement refers to a state in which single fibers constituting a bundle of a plurality of long fiber yarns (filament yarns) are entangled with each other to give convergence. The entanglement is formed by disturbing and opening the filaments of the traveling fiber bundle by the action of the high-speed air current ejected from the air nozzle, and disturbing the mutual arrangement of the fibers. Since the productivity of the air entangled yarn is high, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

The long fiber batting is an entangled yarn in which the flower yarn is integrated with the core yarn, and the flower yarn is preferably opened to form a loop-like fiber. Thereby, bulking batting is obtained. The constituent single fibers do not necessarily have to be fused and fixed to each other. Of course, it may be fused and fixed. Moreover, it may be opened simultaneously at the time of air entanglement, or may be opened by an independent opening process. The loop-shaped fiber may be composed of multifilament fibers that are long fibers, opened, and the loop-shaped fibers may be fused together.

The average length of the loop of the loop-like fiber is preferably in the range of 1 to 200 mm, more preferably in the range of 5 to 50 mm, and still more preferably in the range of 10 to 40 mm. When the average length of the loops of the loop-like fibers is within the above range, the texture, bulkiness and bulk durability can be further improved.

The single fiber fineness of the loop-like fibers (flower yarn) is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 300 dtex, and the total fineness is in the range of 10 to 600 dtex (dtex indicates decitex). More preferably, the single fiber fineness is in the range of 1.0 to 50 dtex and the total fineness is in the range of 20 to 250 dtex, and particularly preferably, the single fiber fineness is in the range of 2.0 to 25 dtex and the total fineness is in the range of 30 to 100 dtex. If the fineness is within the above range, it is difficult to sag and the texture is good.

The weight per unit length of the entangled yarn is preferably in the range of 0.01 to 3 g / m, particularly preferably in the range of 0.02 to 1.5 g / m. It is convenient for the handling at the time of making it into a batting structure as it is this range.

The entangled yarn is preferably 1.1 to 100 times longer than the core yarn. If it is within this range, the flower yarn becomes a loop fiber by a long length, and can be bulky. More preferably, the entangled yarn is 1.1 to 30 times longer than the core yarn.

It is preferable that a plurality of entangled yarns are bundled and the film is wrapped in a cylindrical shape around the length direction. When such a package is used, it is convenient not only for packaging and transportation, but also for filling entangled yarns in the side ground when manufacturing the batting structure. In other words, a quilt fabric is prepared in advance, and the long fiber batting wrapped in the tubular film is put inside the quilt and inserted to the end of the quilt to expose the long fiber batting from the end. The entangled yarn bundle can be stored in the quilt side ground by simply placing the part at the end of the side ground and holding it down and pulling out the film.

As the flower yarn and / or the core yarn, a normal synthetic fiber multifilament yarn can be used. As the synthetic fiber, polyester, nylon, polypropylene and the like are preferable. The weight ratio of the loop-like fiber (flower yarn) to the core yarn is such that the ratio of the loop-like fiber (flower yarn) is 51 to 99% by weight (wt%). ) Is preferred. More preferably, it is the range of 80-98 wt%, Most preferably, it is the range of 85-97 wt%. If it is the said range, the fixed integration by a core thread will become firm, and a texture will also become favorable.

The batting is preferably further heat-fixed with a silicone treatment agent. The preferable adhesion amount of the silicone treatment agent is in the range of 0.1 to 10 wt% with respect to the weight of the batting. Further, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin or the like may be fixed for adjusting the hardness.

Long fiber batting is basically possible in the length of several tens of centimeters to several hundred thousand meters or more. When integrating with the quilt side ground, it is preferable that at least a part of the end of the long fiber batting is fixed with sewing threads on both sides of the quilt portion. Accordingly, the batting is fixed at both ends, and the washing resistance is improved.

The heat insulating clothes of the present invention are useful for inner wear, middle wear, home wear, pajamas and the like. Inner wear includes underwear and underwear. The heat-insulating clothing of the present invention is soft and stretchable as a whole, and is suitable for clothing to be worn near the skin, particularly underwear or underwear. In addition, it can be applied to various heat-insulating clothes such as long sleeves, three-quarter sleeves, short sleeves, and vests.

This will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same parts. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a warming suit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic back view of the outside of the warming suit. Although the heat insulating clothes 21 are long sleeves, they may be short sleeves, three-quarter sleeves, vests, or the like. The heat insulating suit 21 includes a front body 22, a rear body 23, both sleeves 24 and 25, and a quilt portion 26. The quilt part 26 is the back body 23 of the inner or outer fabric. Moreover, the quilt part 26 consists of six divisions in the up-down direction, and covers from the back upper part to the shoulder part. Since there is a high possibility that the batting material is biased when it is composed of only one section, the number of sections is preferably 3 or more, more preferably 5 or more. Particularly preferred is a configuration in which five or more are arranged in the vertical direction. The up and down direction here refers to a direction perpendicular to the body circumferential direction. That is, it is preferable that a plurality of sections are provided in a direction perpendicular to the quilt direction. Thereby, even if a warm movement of the present invention is worn and a violent movement is performed or washing is repeated, the occurrence of bias in the batting in the heat retaining portion is reduced. It is preferable that the length (width of a division) of the up-down direction of one division is 10 mm-70 mm, More preferably, it is 20 mm-50 mm. When the width of the compartment is within this range, the movement of the batting in the compartment is restricted, and the deviation of the batting can be further reduced. In the above, the upper back is preferably a position covering the scapula. The shoulder portion covers a part of the clavicle, and the boundary portion between the back and front bodies is preferable.

FIG. 3A is a schematic cross-sectional view of the back surface of the heat insulation suit, and is an example in which the fabric of the back body 23 is arranged on the inner side (body side) of the quilt portion 26. The arrow is on the outside air side. The quilt portion 26 is formed by the fabric of the back body 23 and the quilt cloth 20, and the long fiber batting 1 is filled therein. The fabric of the back body 23 and the quilt cloth 20 may use the same knitted fabric. FIG. 3B shows an example in which the fabric of the back body 23 is arranged on the outside (outside air side) of the quilt portion 26. As a result, the fabric of the best season 23 and the quilt portion 26 are integrated, and the comfort can be kept good. Moreover, heat retention becomes high with the air layer of the quilt part 26 filled with the long-fiber batting. Although not shown, the quilt part itself may be used as a body cloth (body cloth). In this case, the quilt part and the fabric of the back body are integrated by sewing.

FIG. 4 is a schematic enlarged cross-sectional view of the quilt portion of the heat insulation suit. An example will be described using one quilt portion 26a. In the quilt portion 26a, a plurality of long fiber battings 1 are arranged in the body circumferential direction and are not fixed to the quilt thread in the middle, and both ends are formed by both sides 27a and 27b of the quilt cloth and sewing threads. It is fixed. As the sewing thread, it is preferable to use a thread having the same elongation as that of the body cloth.

FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view of the long fiber batting. In the long fiber batting 1, the constituent fibers of the core yarn 2 and the flower yarn 3 are entangled with each other, and the flower yarn 3 is opened to partially form a loop-like fiber. The long fiber batting 1 has fiber opening portions 18a and 18b and a converging portion 19 between them along the length direction, and has a bulky property as a whole and is convenient to handle as one long fiber yarn.

FIG. 6 is a schematic explanatory view showing a method for producing a long fiber batting. The core yarn 4a is pulled out from the wound yarn body 4, the flower yarn 5a is pulled out from the wound yarn body 5, and the two feed rollers 6, 7 and the yarn guide 8 are passed through and supplied to the air entanglement device 10. When pressurized air 11 is supplied to the air entanglement device 10, the fibers in the yarn path 9 of the entanglement machine are entangled with each other by being opened or turned. Reference numeral 12 denotes a mixed fiber entangled yarn. Core yarn supply rate is 10 to 200 m / min, flower yarn supply rate is 20 to 10000 m / min, winding speed is 10 to 200 m / min, and mixed fiber entanglement treatment is performed with an entanglement nozzle with an air pressure of 0.01 to 1.0 MPa. Then, the thread after passing the delivery roller 13 is wound around the wound body 14. In this method, the yarn winding speed can be increased to 20 to 1500 m / min, and the productivity is high.

Next, in a silicone resin spraying step (not shown), the silicone resin is sprayed on the long fiber batting. As the silicone resin, it is preferable to use a reactive silicone treating agent having a molecular end having a hydrogen group (—OH), a vinyl group (—CH═CH 2 ) or the like. For example, soft silicon such as “TERON E 530” bulky silicon, “TERON E 731”, “TERON E 722” manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Seiyaku Co., Ltd. can be used. The spraying amount is preferably sprayed in a dry weight of 0.1 to 10 wt% with respect to the batting. Next, in the heat treatment step, heat treatment is performed at 140 to 190 ° C. for 1 to 10 minutes to cure the silicone resin. Next, in the second heat treatment step, for example, heat treatment is performed at 120 to 200 ° C. for about 1 second to 20 minutes to cure the silicone resin. In this way, a long fiber filling is obtained.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a package 15 in which a plurality of long-fiber fillings 1 in one embodiment of the present invention are bundled and a film 16 is wrapped in a cylindrical shape around the lengthwise direction. Reference numeral 17 denotes a seal portion. Such a package 15 is convenient not only for packing and transportation, but also for filling the inside of the side fabric with long fiber batting when the batting structure is manufactured. That is, a quilt is formed in advance on the side fabric (quilt cloth), a bundle of long fiber batting 1 is put into each filling portion from the end of the tubular film 16, and the end portion of the long fiber batting 1 is placed on the side fabric. A bundle of long fiber batting 1 can be accommodated in the side ground by simply placing it at the end and pulling out the film. As the packaging film, any film such as polyester, polyethylene, and polypropylene can be used.

FIG. 8 is a schematic rear view of the short-sleeved shirt. FIG. 9 is a schematic rear view of the vest. In this example of the vest, a quilt portion is formed on the entire back face.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. The present invention is not limited to the following examples.

A method for measuring each physical property will be described.
(1) Laundry Evaluation Using a household washing machine, 30 g of a commercial detergent (“Attack” manufactured by Kao Co., Ltd.) was added, washed with water, rinsed twice, and then dried. After this washing was repeated 5 times, it was inspected by touching the long fiber batting for shifting.

Example 1
(1) Long fiber batting Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) multifilament fiber (total fineness 33 dtex, 18 filaments) is used for the core yarn, and PET multifilament fiber (total fineness 40 dtex, 12 filaments) is used for the flower yarn Then, one is supplied to each of the two feed rollers of the air entanglement device, the supply speed of the core yarn is 50 m / min, the supply speed of the flower yarn is 800 m / min, and the winding speed is 55 m / min. After the mixed entanglement process was performed with a 4 MPa entanglement nozzle, the yarn after passing through the delivery roller was wound up to obtain an air entangled yarn. The obtained loop yarn (air entangled yarn) was a batting which had a fiber opening portion and a converging portion formed in the longitudinal direction of the yarn at the time of air entanglement, and was bulky and has converging properties.
Next, in the silicone resin spraying step, the silicone resin was sprayed on the long fiber batting. As the silicone resin, “TERON E 530” bulky silicone manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Seiyaku Co., Ltd., “TERONE 731”, and “TERON E 722” soft silicone were used as a mixed aqueous solution. The spraying amount was 3.0 wt% with respect to the stuffed cotton in dry weight. Next, in the heat treatment step, heat treatment was performed at 140 to 190 ° C. for 1 to 10 minutes to cure the silicone resin.
The long fiber batting after processing of the silicone resin is integrated by entwining the constituent fibers of the core yarn and the flower yarn, and the flower yarn is opened to partially form a loop-like fiber. The weight of the obtained long fiber batting per meter was 0.11 g.
(2) Inner wear For the inner wear, a knit fabric (a tengu, a rubber knitted fabric in the attached portion) knitted from 60% by weight cotton and 40% by weight polyester was used. The weight (unit weight) per unit area of the dough was 280 g / m 2 .
(3) Quilt part The knitted part shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3A was created using the same knitted fabric as the front body of the inner wear, the back body, and the sleeve part as a side fabric (quilt cloth). The outer side of the quilt was used as the back body fabric. Inside the quilt part, wrap the long fiber batting wrapped in the film shown in Fig. 7, place and hold the end of the long fiber batting at the end of the side fabric, pull out the film and fill the side fabric with the long fiber batting did. One long quilt portion was filled with 40 long fiber fillings. There were a total of 6 quilted parts (6 sections) in the body circumferential direction, and the total length of long fiber batting was 13.2 g. The quilt part was covered from the upper back to the shoulder inside the back body. In the quilt portion, the width of one section is about 40 mm. However, the width around the neck and near both ends in the uppermost section is about 20 mm. As a sewing thread for sewing the quilt portion, a thread having a certain degree of elongation (trade name “low elasticity woolly thread”) was used. The weight of the obtained inner wear was about 220 g.
(4) Evaluation
(i) Wear test The wear test of the inner wear of a present Example created as mentioned above and the inner wear without a quilt part as a comparison was done. As a result, it was confirmed that when the ambient temperature was 10 ° C. or lower, the innerwear of this example had high heat retention. This was the same both indoors and outdoors. In addition, while wearing in a warm room with heating, when I went out to a cold room without heating from time to time, it was warm and comfortable, and it was warm during sleep.
(ii) Washing test As a result of the washing test, there was no unevenness of the batting, no fiber was lost, and the washing resistance was good.
