- ラクトバチルス・コリノイデス(Lactobacillus collinoides)、ラクトバチルス・パラコリノイデス(Lactobacillus paracollinoides)、ラクトバチルス・バッキ(Lactobacillus backii)、ラクトバチルス・ブレビス(Lactobacillus brevis)、ペクチナタス・セレビシフィラス(Pectinatus cerevisiiphilus)、ペクチナタス・フリシンゲンシス(Pectinatus frisingensis)、ペクチナタス・ハイカラエ(Pectinatus haikarae)、ペクチナタス・ポルタレンシス(Pectinatus portalensis)、ラクトバチルス・リンドネリ(Lactobacillus lindneri)、メガスフェラ・セレビシエ(Megasphaera cerevisiae)、メガスフェラ・エルスデニ(Megasphaera elsdenii)、ペディオコッカス・ダムノサス(Pediococcus damnosus)、ペディオコッカス・イノピナタス(Pediococcus inopinatus)、ペディオコッカス・クラウセニ(Pediococcus claussenii)、ラクトバチルス・カゼイ(Lactobacillus casei)、ラクトバチルス・コリニフォルミス(Lactobacillus coryniformis)、ラクトバチルス・パラブフネリ(Lactobacillus parabuchneri)、ラクトバチルス・ペロレンス(Lactobacillus perolens)、ラクトバチルス・プランタルム(Lactobacillus plantarum)、及びラクトバチルス・ロシエ(Lactobacillus rossiae)からなる群から選択される1又は複数の微生物の特異的な検出のための核酸集団であって、
(1)配列番号1のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号2のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号3のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(2)配列番号7のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号8のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号9のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(3)配列番号10のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号11のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号12のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(4)配列番号13のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号14のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号15のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(5)配列番号16のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号17のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号18のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(6)配列番号19のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号20のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号21のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(7)配列番号22若しくは23のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号24、25若しくは26のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号27のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(8)配列番号28のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号29のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号30のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;

(11)配列番号37のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号38のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号39のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;
(12)配列番号40のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号41のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号42のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ;並びに
(13)配列番号43のヌクレオチド配列からなるフォワードプライマー、配列番号44のヌクレオチド配列からなるリバースプライマー、及び配列番号45のヌクレオチド配列からなるプローブ
を含む核酸集団。 - 請求項1に記載の核酸集団を含むアッセイキット。
- 支持体上に固定化された請求項1に記載の核酸集団を含む支持体。
- 検出可能な標識をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の支持体。
- 食品中の1又は複数の微生物の存在を検出するための方法であって、
(a)食品から単離された微生物核酸を含む少なくとも1つの試験サンプルを得るステップ、
(b)請求項1に記載の核酸集団又は請求項3若しくは4に記載の支持体を、該核酸と前記微生物核酸との間で複合体が形成されるのを可能にする条件下で前記少なくとも1つの試験サンプルと接触させるステップ、及び
(c)前記複合体を検出するステップ
を含み、
