Description
本発明の実施形態1を図1ないし図11を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態に係る蓄電パック10は、図示しない電気自動車、ハイブリッド車、自動車等の車両に搭載される。以下の説明では、便宜上、X方向を右方とし、Y方向を前方とし、Z方向を上方として説明する。なお、蓄電パック10は、車両に任意の姿勢で取り付け可能である。
図1に示すように、蓄電パック10は、絶縁性を有する合成樹脂製のベース部材11と、ベース部材11を覆うカバー12と、を備える。ベース部材11は略長方形状の板状をなしている。ベース部材11の四隅は陥没した凹形状をなしている。カバー12は、合成樹脂製、又は金属製であって、ベース部材11と略同形状をなす上壁と、上壁の側縁から下方に垂下した側壁とを有する。
図6に示すように、ベース部材11の上面には、複数(本実施形態では4つ)の第1電圧信号線21が配索されている。第1電圧信号線21は、金属製の単芯線の外周が絶縁性の合成樹脂で覆われた構成となっている。
続いて、本実施形態に係る蓄電パック10の製造工程の一例を説明する。なお、蓄電パック10の製造工程は、以下の記述に限定されるものではない。
続いて、本実施形態の作用、効果について説明する。本実施形態に係る蓄電パック10は、蓄電モジュール13と、蓄電モジュール13の状態に係る信号が伝達される第1電圧信号線21と、蓄電モジュール13が載置されると共に、第1電圧信号線21を保持する保持部20を有するベース部材11と、を備え、第1電圧信号線21は、蓄電モジュール13とベース部材11との間の空間49に配索されている。これにより、蓄電モジュール13とベース部材11との間の空間49を有効利用することにより第1電圧信号線21を配索できるので、蓄電パック10を小型化することができる。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。

Claims (5)
- 蓄電モジュールと、
前記蓄電モジュールの状態に係る信号が伝達される信号線と、
前記蓄電モジュールが載置されると共に、上面から上方へ突出し前記信号線を保持する保持部を有するベース部材と、を備え、
前記蓄電モジュールと、前記ベース部材の前記上面との間には、前記保持部の突出寸法の分だけ空間が形成されており、
前記信号線は、前記空間に配索されている蓄電パック。 - 前記信号線は単芯線を含むものであり、
前記ベース部材は圧接端子を保持する圧接端子保持部を有し、
前記圧接端子は一方の端部に圧接刃を有すると共に他方の端部に雄タブを有しており、
前記圧接刃は前記信号線に圧接されており、前記雄タブは信号線側コネクタ内に導入されている請求項1に記載の蓄電パック。 - 前記蓄電モジュールからは前記蓄電モジュールの状態を検知する検知線が導出されており、
前記検知線の端部は検知線側コネクタに接続されており、
前記検知線側コネクタと前記信号線側コネクタとが嵌合することにより前記検知線と前記信号線とが電気的に接続される請求項2に記載の蓄電パック。 - 前記蓄電モジュールは、正極及び負極を有する複数の蓄電素子を備え、
前記検知線は、前記正極及び前記負極の少なくとも一方に電気的に接続された電圧検知線である請求項3に記載の蓄電パック。 - 前記ベース部材には電子制御ユニットが載置されており、
前記信号線は、前記ベース部材と前記電子制御ユニットとの間の空間に配索されると共に、前記電子制御ユニットに接続されている請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電パック。
