前記台車の進行方向前側に吊り上げ配置されるストッパと、
該ストッパを台車と共に走行するよう引き上げた状態に保持する位置と、緊急停止時に前記ストッパを台車が乗り上げるよう走行路上に落下させる位置とに切り換えるストッパ切換支持機構と
を備え
前記ストッパ切換支持機構は、
前記台車の進行方向前側へ張り出すよう立設され且つ台車の進行方向と直角な幅方向へ複数配設される支持部材と、
該各支持部材間に掛け渡すように配設される水平ワイヤと、
該水平ワイヤから下方へ延びて前記ストッパを吊り上げる吊上ワイヤと、
前記水平ワイヤの一端が接続され、該水平ワイヤに張力を付与して前記ストッパを吊上ワイヤを介して引き上げた状態に保持する位置と、前記水平ワイヤを緩めて前記ストッパを走行路上に落下させる位置とに切り換えられる張力付与・解除具と
