Description
図1は、本実施の形態による車両1の全体構成図である。車両1は、エンジン10と、モータジェネレータ(以下「MG」ともいう)20と、電力制御回路(以下「PCU(Power Control Unit)」という)21と、バッテリ22と、トルクコンバータ30と、自動変速機40と、油圧回路45と、駆動輪50と、エンジン切り離し用クラッチK0(以下、単に「クラッチK0」ともいう)と、MG切り離し用クラッチK2(以下、単に「クラッチK2」ともいう)と、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)100とを備える。
上述のように、エンジン走行モード中は、MG20が回転軸35から切り離されて停止される。したがって、エンジン走行モード中は、MG回転速度Nmは0となり、MG回転速度Nmと回転軸35の回転速度との間に差が生じる。なお、エンジン走行モード中は、エンジン10が回転軸35に接続されているため、回転軸35の回転速度とエンジン回転速度Neとは同じ値となる。
上述のように、本実施の形態によるECU100は、K2係合制御を実行する際、Nm同期制御を行なうことによってクラッチK2の係合時のショックを抑制している。
<変形例1>
上述の実施の形態においては、回転変化制御(回転軸35の回転速度の変化を伴う制御)として、変速制御(自動変速機40のギヤ段を切り替える制御)が設定される場合について説明した。
さらに、回転変化制御として、上述の変速制御およびLU制御の少なくとも一方に代えて、エンジントルクアップ制御を設定するようにしてもよい。本変形例において、エンジントルクアップ制御とは、アクセル開度の増加などに応じてエンジン10のトルクの増加量が所定値以上となるようにエンジン10のトルクを増加させる制御を意味する。
上述の実施の形態および変形例1、2においては、エンジン10が回転軸35に接続された状態(クラッチK0が係合された状態)でK2係合制御を行なうことを前提としていた。
Claims (1)
- エンジンおよびモータを備えるハイブリッド車両の駆動装置であって、
回転軸と、
前記回転軸と前記エンジンとの間に設けられ、係合状態において前記回転軸と前記エンジンとを直結し、解放状態において前記回転軸と前記エンジンとを切り離すように構成されたエンジン切り離し用クラッチと、
前記回転軸と前記モータとの間に設けられ、係合状態において前記回転軸と前記モータとを直結し、解放状態において前記回転軸と前記モータとを切り離すように構成されたモータ切り離し用クラッチと、
前記回転軸と駆動輪との間に設けられた自動変速機と、
前記モータの回転速度が前記回転軸の回転速度に同期するように前記モータを制御しつつ前記モータ切り離し用クラッチを係合する係合制御と、前記回転軸の回転変化を伴う回転変化制御とを実行可能な制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記係合制御および前記回転変化制御のどちらか一方の制御の実行中に他方の制御が要求された場合、前記一方の制御の実行が終了するまで前記他方の制御の開始時期を遅らせ、前記一方の制御の実行が終了した後に前記他方の制御の実行を開始し、
前記回転変化制御は、前記自動変速機の変速比を変更する制御、前記回転軸と前記自動変速機との間に設けられたロックアップクラッチの状態を切り替える制御、前記エンジン切り離し用クラッチを係合した状態で前記エンジンのトルクの変化量を所定値以上にする制御のいずれかである、ハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
