Description
本出願は、2013年10月3日出願の「水圧破砕流体ポンプ用の等圧圧力交換装置の保護」と題した米国仮特許出願第61/886638号、2014年8月4日出願の「水圧エネルギー伝達システムを備えた破砕システム」と題した米国仮特許出願第62/033080号、及び2014年10月3日出願の「水圧エネルギー伝達システムを備えた破砕システム」と題した米国非仮特許出願第14/505885号の優先権と利益を主張し、それらの全ては、参照により全体として本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明の実施形態としては、以下の実施形態を挙げることができる。

(付記6)前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが往復動等圧圧力交換装置を含む、付記1に記載のシステム。
(付記7)前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体及び前記第2流体の流れを制御するコントローラーを含む、付記1に記載のシステム。
(付記8)前記コントローラーが、前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体及び前記第2流体の流れを制御するための第1流量計と連通している、付記7に記載のシステム。
(付記9)第1ポンプ及び第2ポンプを含み、前記第1ポンプが前記第1流体を送り出し、前記第2ポンプが前記第2流体を送り出す、付記1に記載のシステム。
(付記10)前記第1ポンプが高圧ポンプであり、前記第2ポンプが低圧ポンプである、付記9に記載のシステム。

(付記18)前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムに前記第1流体を送り込む高圧ポンプを含む、付記17に記載のシステム。
(付記19)前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムに前記第2流体を送り込む低圧ポンプを含む、付記17に記載のシステム。
(付記20)前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが回転等圧圧力交換装置である、付記17に記載のシステム。
Claims (16)
- プロパントを含有しない第1流体とプロパントを含有する第2流体とを同時に受け入れ、前記第1流体と前記第2流体の間で圧力を交換する水圧エネルギー伝達システムであって、前記第1流体が、前記水圧エネルギー伝達システム内で、前記第2流体と直接相互作用して圧力を交換する水圧エネルギー伝達システムを含む、破砕システム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが、前記第1流体と前記第2流体との間の混合を最小限に抑えるか又は防止する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが回転等圧圧力交換装置を含み、前記回転等圧圧力交換装置が、ロータと、前記ロータを囲うスリーブと、第1エンドキャップと、第2エンドキャップとを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体及び前記第2流体の流れを制御するコントローラーを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラーが、前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体及び前記第2流体の流れを制御するための第1流量計と連通している、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 第1ポンプ及び第2ポンプを含み、前記第1ポンプが前記第1流体を送り出し、前記第2ポンプが前記第2流体を送り出す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1ポンプが高圧ポンプであり、前記第2ポンプが低圧ポンプである、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- プロパントを含有しない第1流体を送り出す高圧ポンプと、
プロパントを含有する第2流体を送り出す低圧ポンプと、
前記高圧ポンプを通じた前記第2流体の流れを防ぎ、一方で、前記第1流体と前記第2流体の間で圧力を交換する水圧エネルギー伝達システムと、
開位置にある場合は、前記高圧ポンプを通じて前記第2流体の方向を変え、閉位置にある場合は、前記高圧ポンプを通じて前記第2流体が流れることを防ぐバイパス弁と
を含む、破砕システム。 - 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが水圧ターボチャージャーを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが回転等圧圧力交換装置を含み、前記回転等圧圧力交換装置が、ロータと、前記ロータを囲うスリーブと、第1エンドキャップと、第2エンドキャップとを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが往復動等圧圧力交換装置を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体及び前記第2流体の流れを制御するコントローラーを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- プロパントを含有しない第1流体とプロパントを含有する第2流体とを同時に受け入れ、前記第1流体と前記第2流体の間で圧力を交換する水圧エネルギー伝達システムであって、前記第1流体が、前記水圧エネルギー伝達システム内で、前記第2流体と直接相互作用して圧力を交換する、水圧エネルギー伝達システムと、
前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体の第1流量を測定する第1流量計と、
前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第2流体の第2流量を測定する第2流量計と、
前記第1流量計及び前記第2流量計に連結され、かつ前記第1流量計及び前記第2流量計からのフィードバックを用いて、前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムへの前記第1流体の第1流量及び前記第2流体の第2流量を制御するコントローラーと
を含む、破砕システム。 - 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムに前記第1流体を送り込む高圧ポンプを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムに前記第2流体を送り込む低圧ポンプを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記水圧エネルギー伝達システムが回転等圧圧力交換装置であり、前記回転等圧圧力交換装置が、ロータと、前記ロータを囲うスリーブと、第1エンドキャップと、第2エンドキャップとを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
