Claims (3)
- コア材にシェル材を添加し焼成してなるコアシェル構造のセラミックスの作製方法であって、上記コア材はタングステンブロンズ型酸化物であり、該タングステンブロンズ型酸化物はKSr 2 Nb 5 O 15 であり、上記シェル材はZrO 2 であることを特徴とする強誘電体セラミックスの作製方法。
- コア材にシェル材を添加し焼成してなるコアシェル構造のセラミックスの作製方法であって、上記コア材はタングステンブロンズ型酸化物であり、該タングステンブロンズ型酸化物はKBa 2 Nb 5 O 15 であり、上記シェル材はZrO 2 であることを特徴とする強誘電体セラミックスの作製方法。
