Claims (2)
- 揺動操作可能な操作体と、前記操作体に設けられた保持穴を進退自在に摺動するように装着された摺動子と、前記摺動子の前進方向である前方に位置するカム面と、前記摺動子を前記カム面に圧接する圧縮コイルばねと、を備え、
前記操作体が揺動操作されることによって前記摺動子が前記カム面を摺動する車両用操作装置において、
前記摺動子が、金属軸であって、前記圧縮コイルばねの内径より小さい径寸法を有する第1外周面と、前記保持穴の内周面に摺動可能な外径寸法を有するガイド部と、を備えてなり、
前記ガイド部と前記圧縮コイルばねとの間に、前記ガイド部と略同一の外径寸法を有する樹脂製の環状スペーサが装着されて、前記圧縮コイルばねが前記環状スペーサを介して前記摺動子を付勢するとともに、
前記摺動子は、前記第1外周面と前記ガイド部との間に、前記第1外周面から前記前方に向かって径寸法が次第に大きくなるテーパ形状の第2外周面を備え、
前記環状スペーサは、前記第1外周面に装着可能な径寸法を有する第1内周面と、前記第1内周面の前記前方に位置して前記第1内周面より大きな径寸法に拡がるように形成された第2内周面と、を備えるとともに、前記第1内周面と前記第2内周面との境界に前記第2外周面と当接する当接部を備え、
前記摺動子が、前記第2外周面に前記前方で隣り合う第3外周面を備え、
前記環状スペーサは、前記第2内周面に前記前方で隣り合う第3内周面を備え、前記第3内周面の径寸法が前記第3外周面の径寸法と略同一径に形成されてなることを特徴とする車両用操作装置。 - 前記摺動子と前記環状スペーサとの間には隙間が設けられており、潤滑剤が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用操作装置。
