Claims (6)
- 水素ガスおよび合成ガスを個別の流れで製造するプロセスであって、
a)金属塩を分解して酸および金属酸化物を形成すること、
b)前記酸を金属と反応させ水素ガスと金属塩を形成すること、
c)前記工程b)の生成物から前記水素ガスを抽出すること
d)前記金属酸化物をバイオマス原料とともに加熱して合成ガスおよび金属蒸気を含む混合物を製造すること、および
e)前記合成ガスを水素化して合成石油を製造することを含み、
前記金属塩は、アルミニウム、チタン、マンガン、亜鉛、クロム、鉄、カドミウム、コバルト、ニッケル、錫および鉛からなる群の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記分解a)は加熱により行われ、前記分解a)は前記金属塩に水が添加されることを含む、プロセス。 - 前記金属が、亜鉛であり、および/または金属塩が、硫酸亜鉛である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属蒸気を凝結させて金属を得、それによって合成ガスと前記金属蒸気とを分離することをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属および前記金属塩が連続工程で再利用される、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸が硫酸、塩酸または硝酸である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記分解a)は1000℃未満で行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
