32.2質量%のTi、36.4質量%のCu、1.4質量%のSi、30質量%のHgで作られた、本発明による100グラムの水銀注入組成物S1が以下の工程によって準備される。
−それぞれ46質量%、52質量%、及び2質量%のチタン顆粒、銅粉末、及びシリコン粉末が不活性雰囲気にある誘導炉内で溶融され、得られたインゴットがそれから粉砕される。
−作られた粉末は、そのサイズが125μmより小さい粒子だけを選択するためにふるいにかけられ、これらの粉末70グラムが31グラムの液体水銀と機械的に混合され、アルゴン雰囲気下にある坩堝内に導入され密封される。
−坩堝はそれから炉内に挿入され、500℃と600℃のいくつかの加熱ステップを有して、最大で700℃、3時間の加熱を受け、並びに約6時間の中で室温までの自然冷却を受ける。

Claims (5)
- チタン、銅、シリコン、及び水銀からなる粉末状水銀注入組成物であって、
・水銀は10から35質量%で含まれており
・シリコンは1から10質量%で含まれており
・チタンと銅の合計は55から89質量%で含まれており、
・銅とチタンの間の質量比は0.95から1.2で含まれており、及び
・微量の不可避不純物の全体の累積含有量は0.5質量%以下である、粉末状水銀注入組成物。 - 前記組成物は、
水銀を除く全ての成分を予合金にする段階と、
そのような予合金にされた組成物を水銀にさらす段階と、
により作られる、請求項1に記載の粉末状水銀注入組成物を製造するための方法。 - 前記組成物は、
粉末の形態で水銀を除く前記元素を予混合する段階と、
そのような予混合した粉末を水銀にさらす段階と、
により作られる、請求項1に記載の粉末状水銀注入組成物を製造するための方法。 - 金属ホルダー及び請求項1に記載の粉末状水銀注入組成物の少なくとも一つの堆積物を含んでいる水銀注入システムを含むランプ。
- 前記システムは、一つ以上のゲッター材料を含む、請求項4に記載のランプ。
