The vehicle fluid filter described in Patent Document 1 has a configuration in which the magnetic body is inserted and held in the holding portion through the insertion hole, and therefore, the magnetic body may be displaced in the axial direction due to vibration during conveyance. .

This invention is made | formed in view of such a subject, The objective is to provide the fluid filter for vehicles which can hold | maintain a magnetic body stably.

In order to solve the above problems, a fluid filter for a vehicle according to an aspect of the present invention includes a cylindrical portion having a fluid outlet on a side surface, a first base portion disposed at one end of the cylindrical portion and having a fluid inlet, and a cylinder. A second base portion disposed at the other end of the shape portion, a rod-like magnetic body provided inside the tubular portion, and a holding portion for holding the magnetic body. According to the present invention, a magnetic body can be stably held in a vehicle fluid filter.

It is a perspective view of the oil filter concerning an embodiment. 2A is a plan view of the oil filter as viewed from the fluid inlet side, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the oil filter shown in FIG. It is a figure for demonstrating the attachment state of an oil filter. It is a figure explaining a magnetic body. It is a perspective view of a resin part.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an oil filter 10 according to the embodiment. The oil filter 10 is used to remove foreign matters such as iron powder, aluminum, and dust contained in the oil of a vehicle transmission. The oil filter 10 is installed in the oil circuit of the transmission.

The oil filter 10 includes a tubular portion 12, a first base portion 14 disposed at one end of the tubular portion 12, a second base portion 16 disposed at the other end of the tubular portion 12, and the tubular portion 12. A magnetic body 24 to be accommodated and a holding portion 26 for holding the magnetic body 24 in the cylindrical portion 12 are provided.

The oil filter 10 includes a resin portion 11, a metal net-like portion 18 that filters foreign matters, and a rod-like magnetic body 24 that adsorbs foreign matters. The oil filter 10 may be formed so that the magnetic body 24, the net-like part 18, and the resin part 11 are integrated by insert molding. As shown by the arrows in FIG. 1, fluid such as oil enters from the first base portion 14 on the lower end side and exits from the mesh portion 18. The oil filter 10 will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2A is a plan view of the oil filter 10 viewed from the fluid inlet side, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the oil filter 10 shown in FIG. . FIG. 3 is a view for explaining an attached state of the oil filter 10. The oil filter 10 shown in FIG. 3 is a cross section taken along line BB of the oil filter 10 shown in FIG. Here, the same or equivalent components and members shown in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated description thereof is omitted as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first base portion 14 is fixed to the first mounting hole 42 a of the first mounting portion 42, and the second base portion 16 is fixed to the second mounting hole 40 a of the second mounting portion 40 without a gap. The first mounting hole 42a is a through hole, and the second mounting hole 40a is a recess. The first attachment portion 42 and the second attachment portion 40 are members in the oil circuit of the transmission.

The oil flows into the cylindrical portion 12 from the inlet-side flow path 44 using the opening 15 formed in the first base portion 14 as a fluid inlet, and moves to the outlet-side flow path 46 using the mesh portion 18 as a fluid outlet. The oil is adsorbed by the magnetic body 24 in the cylindrical portion 12 and filtered by the mesh portion 18.

The tubular portion 12 includes a mesh portion 18, a first support portion 20, and a second support portion 22. The cylindrical portion 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape by a net-like portion 18 that connects the first support portion 20 and the second support portion 22 in the circumferential direction. The first support portion 20 and the second support portion 22 disposed opposite to the first support portion 20 connect the first base portion 14 and the second base portion 16, support the mesh portion 18, and rigidity of the oil filter 10. To increase. In addition, although the aspect which is two support parts is demonstrated in FIG.2 (b), according to the rigidity of the mesh part 18, one may be sufficient and three or more may be sufficient.

The 1st base 14 and the 2nd base 16 are arrange | positioned at the both ends of the cylindrical part 12 so that it may mutually oppose. The first base portion 14 is formed in an annular shape and has an opening 15 at the center. The second base portion 16 is formed in a disc shape and has a second through hole 32 in the center. Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, the second base portion 16 has an annular protrusion 28 on which one end of the magnetic body 24 is fitted.

The magnetic body 24 is held by the holding unit 26. The magnetic body 24 and the holding portion 26 will be described in detail with reference to the drawings separately. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating the magnetic body 24. 4A is a perspective view of the magnetic body 24, and FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view of the magnetic body 24 in the axial direction. The magnetic body 24 is a cylinder, and has a hollow portion 24a formed so that the center portion of both end faces is depressed. Since both end surfaces of the magnetic body 24 have the same shape, the oil filter 10 can be molded regardless of the position of both ends of the magnetic body 24 during molding, and the work is easy. The holding portion 26 may be configured to include the annular protrusion 28 and the back surface of the second base portion 16 in addition to the column portion 36 and the end portion 38.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the resin portion 11. A holding portion 26 is provided inside the resin portion 11 made of resin. The holding portion 26 has a pair of column portions 36 standing from the second base portion 16 and an end portion 38 that connects the tips of the column portions 36. The end portion 38 is formed in a disc shape and has a first through hole 30 in the center.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the outer diameter of the end portion 38 is the same as the outer diameter of the magnetic body 24, so that the end portion of the magnetic body 24 can be held in a balanced manner. As shown in FIG. 3, the outer diameter of the magnetic body 24 and the distance between the pair of column portions 36 are the same. That is, the holding portion 26 is held in close contact with the magnetic body 24 without a gap. The end portion 38 has an end surface at the same axial position as the first base portion 14. The holding state of the magnetic body 24 can be stabilized by holding the both end faces of the magnetic body 24 so as to be sandwiched between the end portion 38 of the holding portion 26 and the back surface of the second base portion 16.

The oil filter 10 is formed by gripping both ends of the magnetic body 24 and injecting resin during insert molding. By forming the first through hole 30 and the second through hole 32 in the center of both end faces of the magnetic body 24, the magnetic body 24 can be easily gripped. In addition, the magnetic body 24 can be stably held without any play by the recess 24a.

By holding the magnetic body 24 inside the oil filter 10, it is possible to adsorb iron powder in the oil flow path and prevent the iron powder from flowing out. Moreover, by accommodating the magnetic body 24 in the oil filter 10 without projecting from the oil filter 10 to the outside, it is possible to prevent iron powder adhering to the magnetic body 24 from dropping into the transmission during transportation. .

As shown in FIG. 3, the lower end positions of the magnetic body 24 and the net-like portion 18, that is, the position of the end on the first base portion 14 side are the same. The lower end position of the magnetic body 24 may be disposed so as to be within the axial width of the first base portion 14 in the axial direction. The end surface of the magnetic body 24 on the first base portion 14 side is located in the opening 15 of the first base portion 14. By extending the magnetic body 24 to the fluid inlet side, the attractive force of the magnetic body 24 can be further exerted on the fluid inlet side.

As shown in FIGS. 2B and 3, an annular recess 34 that is recessed from the annular protrusion 28 that supports the magnetic body 24 is provided on the back surface of the second base portion 16. The recessed portion 34 is recessed from the outer peripheral side inner surface 16 a of the second base portion 16. By providing the concave portion 34 in the second base portion 16, iron powder can be stored in the concave portion 34.

The magnetic body 24 is magnetized by a magnetizing device, and magnetic poles are provided on both end faces. Both ends of the magnetic body 24 have a strong magnetic force and an iron powder adsorption force is increased. The recess 34 is a dead end of the flow path, and oil may stagnate there. Further, as a result of the use over time, the reticulate portion 18 from the fluid inlet may be clogged by the fluid pressure, and the oil may stagnate in the recess 34. Since the end of the magnetic body 24 having a strong magnetic force is positioned around the recess 34, the iron powder can be sucked efficiently and the iron powder can be stored in the recess 34. The positions of the recess 34 and the end face of the magnetic body 24 in the axial direction are provided at substantially the same position.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first through hole 30 is formed in the holding portion 26, and a recess 24 a is formed on the end surface of the magnetic body 24 exposed from the first through hole 30. By providing the recessed portion 24a in a portion having a strong magnetic force in the magnetic body 24, iron powder can be adsorbed and stored in the recessed portion 24a.

As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 5B, the pair of column portions 36 and the first support portion 20 and the second support portion 22 are arranged shifted in the circumferential direction so as not to overlap in the radial direction. The The first support part 20 and the second support part 22 are arranged so as not to overlap on a straight line connecting the pair of column parts 36. A straight line connecting the pair of column parts 36 is substantially orthogonal to a straight line connecting the first support part 20 and the second support part 22.

For example, when the column portion 36 and the first support portion 20 overlap in the radial direction, the gap between the column portion 36 and the first support portion 20 becomes very narrow as compared to the case where they do not overlap. Therefore, the pressure loss of the fluid that passes through the oil filter 10 increases, and it becomes difficult to pass through the oil filter 10. On the other hand, if the column portion 36 and the first support portion 20 do not overlap in the radial direction, a passage of fluid in the cylindrical portion 12 can be secured.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications such as design changes can be added to the embodiments based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. Embodiments described may also be included within the scope of the present invention.

In the embodiment, the aspect in which the magnetic body 24 has a circular cross section is shown, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. For example, the cross section of the magnetic body 24 may be substantially square or rectangular. If the magnetic body 24 is a cylinder, the position in the radial direction is not a problem when the oil filter 10 is molded, and the operation is easy. Since the prismatic magnetic body 24 can be formed by cutting a flat plate, the forming cost can be reduced.

In the embodiment, the end portion 38 of the holding portion 26 is provided to be separated from the first base portion 14, but the end portion 38 may be connected to the first base portion 14. The fluid inlet is narrowed by the connecting portion between the first base portion 14 and the end portion 38, but the rigidity can be increased. For example, the end portion 38 connects the disc-shaped outer periphery to the lower ends of the first support portion 20 and the second support portion 22 and is connected to the first base portion 14.

In the embodiment, the end portion 38 of the holding portion 26 is formed in a disc shape, but is not limited thereto. The end portion of the holding portion 26 may have a rod shape that linearly connects the pair of column portions 36. In this case, since the end portion of the holding portion 26 closes the center of the end surface of the magnetic body 24, the recessed portion 24 a is formed near the corner portion avoiding the center of the end surface of the magnetic body 24.
