Description
ハイパーブランチポリエステルアクリレートオリゴマー60重量部とウレタンアクリレート樹脂40重量部とを混合し、これらを30分間撹拌した。5重量部の光重合開始剤を混合物に投入し、ハイパーブランチポリエステルアクリレートオリゴマー+ウレタンアクリレート樹脂+光重合開始剤100重量部に対して1重量部の離型剤を混合物に投入した後、最終的に30分間さらに撹拌し、コーティング層用組成物を製造した。前記の製造された組成物をwired bar coater No.7を使用してTAC基材フィルムに塗布した。コーティング層用組成物上に特殊形態のパターンモールドを置き、365nm発光波長を有するUV LEDを用いて200mJ/cm2の光量、10mpmの速度で硬化した後、前記組成物からパターンモールドを除去することによって、コーティング層にパターンを形成した。
紫外線硬化性樹脂30重量部、1,6―へキサンジオールジアクリレート30重量部、テトラヒドロフルフリルアクリレート35重量部の混合物を60℃で1時間撹拌した。その後、光重合開始剤5重量部を混合物にさらに添加し、30分間さらに撹拌することによって接着層用組成物を製造した。前記の製造された接着層用組成物を第1の基材フィルムであるトリアセチルセルロースフィルムに10μmの厚さに塗布した。塗布された接着層用組成物上に第2の基材フィルムであるトリアセチルセルロースフィルムを接触させた。UV LEDランプ(365nmの発光波長)を用いて300mJ/cm2の光量でUVを照射し、接着層用組成物を硬化させることによってフィルムをラミネーションさせた。
第2の基材フィルムであるトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの代わりに、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを使用したことを除いては、実施例2と同一の方法でフィルムをラミネーションさせた。
TAC基材フィルムの代わりに、シクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)フィルム(比較例1)又はポリカーボネート(PC)フィルム(比較例2)を使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でコーティング層にパターンを形成した。
UV LEDの代わりにメタルハライドランプを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でコーティング層にパターンを形成した。
UV LEDの代わりにメタルハライドランプを使用したことを除いては、実施例2と同一の方法でフィルムをラミネーションさせた。
第1の基材フィルムと第2の基材フィルムであるトリアセチルセルロースフィルムの代わりに、ポリメチルメタクリレートフィルムを使用したことを除いては、実施例2と同一の方法でフィルムをラミネーションさせた。
(1)パターン形成程度:コーティング層の外観を肉眼で見たとき、パターンが上手く形成されている場合を○、パターンが上手く形成されていない場合を×で示した。
(1)基材フィルムの外形変形の有無:基材フィルムの外観を肉眼で見たとき、基材フィルムにしわが発生している場合を○、基材フィルムにしわが発生していない場合を×で示した。
Claims (20)
- 第1の基材フィルム上にコーティング層用組成物である光硬化組成物を塗布するステップと、
UV LEDを照射することによって、パターニング方式で前記光硬化組成物を硬化させ、パターンが形成されたコーティング層を形成するステップと、を含み、
前記コーティング層用組成物は、紫外線硬化性樹脂、光重合開始剤および離型剤を含み、
前記第1の基材フィルムは、前記UV LEDの発光波長で50%以上の透過率を有するトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムである、フィルム積層体の製造方法。 - 前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、ハイパーブランチポリエステル(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂をさらに含み、
前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、前記紫外線硬化性樹脂100重量部のうち前記ハイパーブランチポリエステル(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー30重量部〜70重量部と、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂30重量部〜70重量部と、を含む、請求項2に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。 - 第1の基材フィルム上に光硬化組成物を塗布するステップと、
前記光硬化組成物上に第2の基材フィルムを積層した後、UV LEDを照射することによって前記光硬化組成物を硬化させ、前記第1の基材フィルムと前記第2の基材フィルムをラミネーションさせるステップを含み、
前記第1の基材フィルムは、前記UV LEDの発光波長で50%以上の透過率を有するトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムであり、
前記光硬化組成物は、接着層用組成物である、フィルム積層体の製造方法。 - 前記第2の基材フィルムは、前記UV LEDの発光波長で50%以上の透過率を有する基材フィルムである、請求項4に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記接着層用組成物は、紫外線硬化性樹脂と、単官能モノマー、多官能モノマー又はこれらの混合物と、光重合開始剤と、を含む、請求項4に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記接着層用組成物100重量部のうち前記紫外線硬化性樹脂10重量部〜60重量部、前記単官能モノマー、多官能モノマー又はこれらの混合物30重量部〜80重量部、及び、前記光重合開始剤1重量部〜10重量部を含む、請求項6に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記単官能モノマーと多官能モノマーとの混合物は、テトラヒドロフルフリル基を有する(メタ)アクリレートと、ヒドロキシ基を有する炭素数2〜20のアルキル基の(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとの混合物と、を含む、請求項7に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記UV LED発光波長は、Xnm±Ynm(Xは、365、385、400又は415であり、Yは、0≦Y≦10の範囲を有する。)である、請求項1に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記第2の基材フィルムは、トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムである、請求項4に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記光重合開始剤は、前記UV LED発光波長で500cm−1mol−1以上のモル吸光係数を有する、請求項1又は6に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- 前記光重合開始剤は、モノアシルホスフィンオキシド系、ビスアシルホスフィンオキシド系、メタロセン系、α―ヒドロキシケトン系、フェニルグリオキシレート系及びα―アミノケトン系開始剤からなる群より選ばれる一つ以上を含む、請求項1又は6に記載のフィルム積層体の製造方法。
- UV LED発光波長で50%以上の透過率を有し、トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムである基材フィルムと、
前記基材フィルム上に形成されており、紫外線硬化性樹脂、前記UV LED発光波長で500cm−1mol−1以上のモル吸光係数を有する光重合開始剤及び離型剤を含む組成物であり、かつパターン化されたコーティング層と、
を含み、
前記UV LED発光波長は、Xnm±Ynm(Xは、365、385、400又は415であり、Yは、0≦Y≦10の範囲を有する。)であるフィルム積層体。 - 前記光重合開始剤は、モノアシルホスフィンオキシド系、ビスアシルホスフィンオキシド系、メタロセン系、α―ヒドロキシケトン系、フェニルグリオキシレート系及びα―アミノケトン系開始剤からなる群より選ばれる一つ以上を含む、請求項13に記載のフィルム積層体。
- 前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、ハイパーブランチポリエステル(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーを含む、請求項13に記載のフィルム積層体。
- 前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂をさらに含み、
前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、前記紫外線硬化性樹脂100重量部のうちハイパーブランチポリエステル(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー30重量部〜70重量部、及びウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂30重量部〜70重量部を含む、請求項13に記載のフィルム積層体。 - 第1の基材フィルム、紫外線硬化接着層及び第2の基材フィルムからなり、
前記第1及び第2の基材フィルムのうち一つ以上は、UV LED発光波長で50%以上の透過率を有するトリアセチルセルロース(TAC)フィルムであって、
前記紫外線硬化接着層は、紫外線硬化性樹脂、単官能モノマー又は多官能モノマー或いはこれらの混合物、及び、前記UV LED発光波長で500cm−1mol−1以上のモル吸光係数を有する光重合開始剤を含む接着層用組成物の硬化物であり、
前記UV LED発光波長は、Xnm±Ynm(Xは、365、385、400又は415であり、Yは、0≦Y≦10の範囲を有する。)であるフィルム積層体。 - 前記接着層用組成物は、前記接着層用組成物100重量部のうち前記紫外線硬化性樹脂10重量部〜60重量部、前記単官能モノマー又は多官能モノマー或いはこれらの混合物30重量部〜80重量部、及び、前記光重合開始剤1重量部〜10重量部を含む、請求項17に記載のフィルム積層体。
- 前記紫外線硬化性樹脂は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂である、請求項17に記載のフィルム積層体。
- 前記光重合開始剤は、チオキサントン系、モノアシルホスフィンオキシド系、ビスアシルホスフィンオキシド系、メタロセン系、α―ヒドロキシケトン系、フェニルグリオキシレート系及びα―アミノケトン系開始剤からなる群より選ばれる一つ以上を含む、請求項17に記載のフィルム積層体。
