Claims (6)
- 複数枚のガラス板を縦姿勢で厚み方向に間隔を置いて配列した状態で収容するガラス板収容治具であって、
少なくとも1本の金属繊維で構成された紐状体を備え、
一対の前記紐状体の交差で形成されるV字状凹部によって、前記ガラス板の端部が支持されることを特徴とするガラス板収容治具。 - 前記紐状体が、複数の金属繊維を撚り合わせたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス板収容治具。
- 一対の前記紐状体が、互いに交差しながらジグザグ形状で前記厚み方向に延び、
前記V字状凹部が前記厚み方向に複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス板収容治具。 - 一対の前記紐状体が、前記ジグザグ形状の頂点で固定部材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガラス板収容治具。
- 前記ガラス板における少なくとも上端部と両方の側端部が、前記紐状体で支持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のガラス板収容治具。
- 複数枚のガラス板を縦姿勢で厚み方向に間隔を置いて配列した状態で化学強化液に浸漬する浸漬工程を備えた化学強化ガラス板の製造方法であって、
前記浸漬工程で、少なくとも1本の金属繊維で構成された紐状体の一対の交差で形成されるV字状凹部によって、前記ガラス板の端部が支持されることを特徴とする化学強化ガラス板の製造方法。
