本実施例および比較例についての試験条件および試験結果を表1に示す。
Claims (10)
- 光輝焼鈍後に調質圧延され不動態皮膜を有するフェライト系ステンレス鋼板において、
鋼板表面における面積が10μm2以上の微小欠陥の面積率が0.2%以上1.5%以下で、
不動態皮膜の厚みが1nm以上10nm以下で、
不動態皮膜中のSiの平均濃度が10at%以上20at%以下で、
不動態皮膜の成分におけるSi、Al、CrおよびFeの平均濃度比が(Si+Al+Cr)/Fe>1.0である
ことを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - Cr:17.0質量%以上21.0質量%以下、Si:0.2質量%以上1.0質量%以下、Al:0.03質量%以下、C:0.03質量%以下およびN:0.03質量%以下を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - Nb:0.1質量%以上1.0質量%以下およびCu:1.0質量%以下の少なくとも一方を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - Mo:3.0質量%以下を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - 装飾品用および自動車モール材用である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - 熱延酸洗材を出発材料とし、少なくとも仕上冷間圧延と光輝焼鈍と調質圧延とを順に行って請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法において、
仕上冷間圧延より前工程にて、鋼板表面を少なくとも1回研磨し、次いで焼鈍を行う
ことを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。 - 光輝焼鈍前までのトータル冷間圧延率を70%以上とし、
仕上冷間圧延での冷間圧延率を30%以上とする
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。 - 仕上冷間圧延の最終パスは、算術平均粗さRaが0.1μm以下のワークロールを用いて、圧延率12%以上で、圧延速度150m/分以下で圧延する
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。 - 光輝焼鈍は、水素濃度が75%以上の水素および窒素の混合ガスで、露点を−45℃以下とし、焼鈍温度を800℃以上990℃以下とする
ことを特徴とする請求項6ないし8いずれか一記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。 - 調質圧延は、算術平均粗さRaが0.1μm以下のワークロールを用いて、伸び率0.1%以上1.0%以下の条件にて、無潤滑で行う
ことを特徴とする請求項6ないし9いずれか一記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼板の製造方法。
