(A)界面活性剤成分として1種以上のアルキルアミンエトキシレート0.01〜5質量%、好適には0.1〜3質量%、特に0.5〜1.5質量%、
(B)1種以上の腐食防止剤、0.01〜10質量%、好適には0.5〜7質量%、特に1〜5質量%、
(C)1種以上の粘稠剤、0〜0.3質量%、好適には0.0001〜0.15質量%、特に0.005〜0.05質量%、
(D)アルカノール、グリコール、ポリアルキレングリコール、及びグリセリンから選択される1種以上の凝固点降下性アルコール、5〜75質量%未満、好適には10〜70質量%、特に25〜55質量%、
(E)1種以上の植物性及び/又は脂肪性の油脂、5〜90質量%、好適には15〜80質量%、特に35〜60質量%、
(F)水0〜5質量%、好適には0.1〜4質量%、特に0.5〜3質量%、及び
(G)通常の乳化剤0〜5質量%、好適には0.1〜4質量%、特に0.5〜3質量%、
を含有する腐食保護剤調製物が判明し、ここで前記成分(A)〜(G)の合計は、あらゆる場合で100質量%となる。
AMS 1435Bに従った、溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼板による亜鉛腐食試験
以下で説明する本発明による教示に従った腐食剤調製物は、亜鉛の腐食に関するその腐食保護作用について、溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼板を用い、AMS 1435B(3.2.5.2 Total Immersion Corrosion)の腐食試験と同様に、それぞれ50質量%の酢酸カリウム水溶液、及びギ酸カリウム水溶液に対して試験した。

・容器:Duran(登録商標)ガラス製のガラス瓶(100ml)
・試験媒体:酢酸カリウム溶液(50質量%、pH値9〜10)中の、本発明による調製物(EF)の表面保護を有する溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼板
・試験:アセトン中の溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼板(試験体)を、洗浄、乾燥、秤量する(三回測定);
試験体を本発明による調製物(EF)に浸し、滴を取り(1時間)、時計ガラス上で乾燥させる(1時間)
酢酸カリウム溶液100mlに完全に浸す;
乾燥機内で7日間、40℃
評価:試験媒体から試験体を取り出し、水ですすぎ、アセトン中で洗浄し、秤量する(三回測定)
Claims (10)
- 以下の成分(A)〜(G):
(A)界面活性剤成分として1種以上のアルキルアミンエトキシレート0.01〜5質量%、
(B)安息香酸の塩、モノカルボン酸又はジカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、窒素複素環式化合物、リン酸塩、亜硝酸塩、水溶性の第二級又は第三級アミン、多価アルコールとカルボン酸とのエステル、脂肪アルコールのポリエーテル、及びヒマシ油エトキシレートから選択される1種以上の腐食防止剤、0.01〜10質量%、
(C)アガール・アガール、カラゲーン、アラビアガム、アルギン酸塩、ペクチン、ポリオース、イナゴマメ粉末(キャロブ)、デキストリン、完全に若しくは一部エステル化されたビニルアルコールコポリマー、N−ビニルピロリドンのホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー、アクリル酸のホモポリマー、メタクリル酸のホモポリマー、アクリル酸とメタクリル酸のコポリマー及びこれらの塩、アクリル酸若しくはメタクリル酸のエステル、アクリルアミド、ビニルピロリドン、アルキレンオキシド、及びこれらの塩から選択される1種以上の粘稠剤、0〜0.3質量%、
(D)アルカノール、グリコール、ポリアルキレングリコール、及びグリセリンから選択される1種以上の凝固点降下性アルコール、5〜75質量%未満、
(E)1種以上のトリグリセリド、5〜90質量%、
(F)水0〜5質量%、及び
(G)腐食防止剤調製物を分散液又はマイクロエマルションの形態とする乳化剤であって、腐食防止剤調製物の他の成分及び保護すべき金属表面と不所望な相互作用を起こさない、乳化剤0〜5質量%、
を含有する腐食防止剤調製物。 - 前記成分(A)として、少なくとも1種のアルキルアミンエトキシレートを含有し、当該アルキルアミンエトキシレートは、C3〜C20アルキル基を少なくとも1個有するものである、請求項1に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。
- 前記成分(A)として、少なくとも1種のアルキルアミンエトキシレートを含有し、当該アルキルアミンエトキシレートは、エチレンオキシド単位を1〜35個有するものである、請求項1又は2に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。
- 前記成分(A)として、少なくとも1種のアルキルアミンエトキシレートを含有し、当該アルキルアミンエトキシレートは、直鎖状C7〜C12アルキル基を少なくとも1個、及びエチレンオキシド単位を1.8〜9個有するものである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。
- 前記成分(B)として、
・少なくとも1種のヒマシ油エトキシレート、又は
・少なくとも1種のヒマシ油エトキシレートと、有機カルボン酸及び/又は窒素複素環化合物をベースとする少なくとも1種のさらなる腐食防止剤との混合物
を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。 - 前記成分(C)として、少なくとも1種のポリアクリレートを含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。
- 前記成分(D)として、
・モノプロピレングリコール、又は
・モノプロピレングリコールと、アルカノール、グリコール、ポリアルキレングリコール、及びグリセリンから選択される1種以上の他の凝固点降下性アルコールとの混合物
を含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。 - 前記成分(E)として、アマニ油を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の腐食防止剤調製物。
- 亜鉛、又は亜鉛メッキされた部材若しくは表面、又はカドミウム、又はカドミウムメッキされた金属表面を腐食から保護するための方法において、これらの基材を請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の腐食防止剤調製物で処理することを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 亜鉛、又は亜鉛メッキされた部材若しくは表面、又はカドミウム、又はカドミウムメッキされた金属表面を、空港で使用される滑走路用除氷剤に起因する腐食から保護するための、請求項9に記載の方法。
