Description
水硬性アルミナ粉末(BK−112;住友化学株式会社製)11molに対して、酸化マグネシウム粉末(MGO11PB;株式会社高純度化学研究所製)9molの割合で混合し、これに水硬性アルミナと酸化マグネシウムの合計重量に対して等倍の重量の純水を加え、均一に分散させてスラリーを調製した。そして、造孔材の径及び添加量の変更、および焼成温度1500℃にて3時間焼成することで、表1の実施例1〜3、比較例1〜3にそれぞれ示すような気孔率と気孔容積割合を有する、中空粒子の元となる各多孔質焼結体を作製した。
Claims (3)
- 化学式XAl2O4からなるスピネル質で前記化学式中のXがZn、Fe、Mg、Ni及びMnのうちのいずれかである多孔質焼結体で構成される中空粒子であって、前記中空粒子は、気孔率が50vol%以上90vol%以下であり、前記多孔質焼結体は孔径1000μm以下の気孔が全気孔の95vol%以上、孔径0.01μm以上0.8μm未満の気孔が前記孔径1000μm以下の気孔の内10vol%以上50vol%以下、孔径0.8μm以上10μm未満の気孔が前記孔径1000μm以下の気孔の内40vol%以上90vol%以下、孔径10μm以上100μm未満の気孔が前記孔径1000μm以下の気孔の内50vol%以下であることを特徴とする中空粒子。
- 前記化学式XAl2O4からなるスピネル質がMgAl2O4であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の中空粒子。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の中空粒子を含む断熱材。
