Claims (5)
- 外径面に軌道面を有する内輪と、内径面に軌道面を有する外輪と、内輪と外輪との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころと、円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とを備え、前記保持器は、大径側環状部と、小径側環状部と、大径側環状部と小径側環状部とを連結する柱部とを有し、下部が油浴に漬かる円すいころ軸受であって、
外輪の軌道面を構成する内径面の大径側にのみ内径方向に突出する鍔部を設けるとともに、内輪の軌道面を構成する外径面の小径側及び大径側をこの軌道面と連続する傾斜面とし、かつ、前記保持器の小径側環状部には、内径側へ突出する周方向内鍔部と外径側へ突出する周方向外鍔部とを設け、さらに、前記保持器の柱部が、円すいころの軸心線よりも内径側で配置されるとともに、周方向外鍔部の径方向長さが周方向内鍔部の径方向長さよりも長くしたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 軸受回転中における保持器非振れ回り状態および保持器振れ回り状態において、保持器周方向内鍔部が内輪と非接触状態であるとともに、周方向外鍔部が外輪と非接触状態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の周方向内鍔部の内径端を、内輪の軌道面の傾斜角度と同一の傾斜角度の傾斜面とするとともに、前記保持器の周方向外鍔部の外径端を、外輪の軌道面の傾斜角度と同一の傾斜角度の傾斜面とし、かつ、周方向内鍔部の傾斜面を、前記保持器の柱部と比較して、内輪の軌道面に連続する小径側傾斜面に近接対峙させるとともに、周方向外鍔部の傾斜面を、前記保持器の柱部と比較して、外輪の軌道面に連続する小径側傾斜面に近接対峙させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器は樹脂保持器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のすいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の柱部は、保持器非振れ回り状態では内輪の軌道面には接触せず、保持器振れ回り状態では内輪の軌道面に非接触もしくは、所定タイミング時のみ接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
