Description
−可撓容器に入れられた液体貯留部に作用する圧力制御装置によって調節される内圧が加圧気体の供給源から得られる高圧筐体;
−高圧筐体内に設けられ、可撓バッグの出口に流体連通した医療用液体のための内部接続導管を各々が有している医療用液体の可撓バッグへの少なくとも1つのコネクタ;
−筐体の内部に位置し、可撓容器への接続のための導管と、流体シーケンサまたはモジュレータアセンブリと、外部接続導管に接続される流体モジュレータアセンブリの出口部とを直列に備えている流体回路;
作業、診査、または処置のための外科用器具あるいはカテーテルへの供給のために、
流体シーケンサは、
流体接続路に直列に取り付けられ、可撓かつ変形可能な嚢の形態であり、可撓管の形態であり、あるいは圧縮可能な可撓部品、球状のふくらみ、バルーン、または小容量の他の可撓要素の形態である液体の一時的な1回分のバッファ貯留部と、
高圧筐体内に設けられる流体シーケンサの一部である少なくとも1つ(好ましくは、可撓な流体接続路または圧縮可能部品の両側の2つ)の流体阻止バルブと、
流体阻止バルブ(複数可)の開閉を交互に制御する手段と、を備える。
−少なくとも1つの手術用手持ち器具あるいは手術、調査、または処置のためのカテーテルへの供給のために、この手持ち器具またはこのカテーテルへの外部接続導管へと続く流体を漏らさない接続手段。
−高圧筐体2内に収容され、筐体内の内圧に曝される可撓かつ変形可能な嚢または容器29、あるいは好ましくは容易に圧縮可能な可撓管からなる単純な部品。
−少なくとも1つ(好ましくは、随意により2つ)の被制御流体阻止手段(30など)。2つ存在する場合には、両者へと流体的に接続された可撓な嚢の各側(すなわち、入り口側および出口側)または両側に1つずつ存在し、あるいは圧縮可能な可撓管の各々の端部に存在する。
−30などの種々の流体阻止バルブの交互律動制御手段。
−高圧筐体2に収容され、内部接続導管18の端部と上流管19との間に設けられた上流側流体阻止バルブ31。この上流側流体阻止バルブ31は、省略されても、あるいは以下で見られるようにチェックバルブまたは被制御バルブなどで置き換えられてもよく、きわめて単純な一変種においては省略される。
−高圧筐体2に収容され、可撓かつ変形可能な嚢29および下流管20の下流かつ出口導管21の手前に設けられる下流側流体阻止バルブ32。
−流体阻止バルブ31および32に律動的かつ順序だった方式で作用する制御アセンブリ33。
Claims (9)
- 中高圧パルス状ジェットの発生装置であって、
内部を画定する筐体と、
前記筐体の内部を加圧するための加圧気体を受ける加圧気体の入り口と、
前記筐体の内部に配置された、医療用液体を収容する可撓バッグと、
流体シーケンサであって、
前記可撓バッグと連通する入り口導管と、
出口導管と、
前記入り口導管と出口導管との間の流体阻止バルブと、
前記入り口導管と出口導管との間の可撓かつ変形可能な容器と、を備えている流体シーケンサと、
前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器を通る流量を調節する前記流体阻止バルブの動作を制御するための制御器と、
前記出口導管を前記筐体の外部にある装置に流体接続するための外部接続導管と、
を備えており、
前記筐体が、主筐体と、該主筐体を閉じるためのカバーであって、前記制御器を収容する外部のハウジングを有するカバーと、を備えており、
前記筐体の内部を加圧することで前記可撓バッグ内の医療用液体を加圧し、それによって該可撓バッグが、前記流体シーケンサおよび外部接続導管を介して、加圧された医療用液体を下流の前記筐体の外部にある装置へ向ける、
発生装置。 - 前記流体阻止バルブが、前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器から上流側および下流側にある流体阻止バルブのいずれか一方である、請求項1に記載の発生装置。
- 前記流体シーケンサが、前記入り口導管と出口導管との間に中間導管をさらに備えており、前記中間導管が、前記流体阻止バルブを前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器に流体接続する、請求項1または2に記載の発生装置。
- 前記中間導管が前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器よりも高い剛性を有している、請求項3に記載の発生装置。
- 前記流体阻止バルブは第1の流体阻止バルブであり、前記流体シーケンサが第2の流体阻止バルブを備えており、前記第1の流体阻止バルブは前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器から上流側にあり、前記第2の流体阻止バルブは前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器から下流側にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の発生装置。
- 前記流体シーケンサが第3の流体阻止バルブをさらに備えており、前記第3の流体阻止バルブは、前記第1の流体阻止バルブから下流側にあり、かつ、前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器から上流側にある、請求項5に記載の発生装置。
- 前記可撓バッグは第1の可撓バッグであり、前記入り口導管は第1の入り口導管であり、前記発生装置が医療用液体を収容する第2の可撓バッグをさらに備えており、前記流体シーケンサが、前記第2の可撓バッグおよび第3の流体阻止バルブと連通している第2の入り口導管をさらに備えている、請求項6に記載の発生装置。
- 前記可撓かつ変形可能な容器が、可撓性および弾性の少なくとも一方を有する材料を含んでいる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の発生装置。
- 前記筐体の外部にある装置が電気ナイフを含んでいる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の発生装置。
