Claims (4)
- 内燃機関に設けられたインジェクタ(IJ)の動作を制御する制御装置(10)であって、
前記インジェクタを開弁させるために、昇圧目標値まで昇圧された電圧を前記インジェクタに印加し、前記昇圧された電圧が印加された後に、前記昇圧された電圧よりも低い電圧を前記インジェクタに印加する電圧印加部(300)と、
電圧の印加に伴い前記インジェクタに供給される駆動電流を測定する電流測定部(400)と、
前記駆動電流の実測値の時間変化である実測プロファイルにおいて、前記昇圧された電圧の印加を開始してから予め設定された閾値を越えるまでに要した時間と、予め設定された基準プロファイルにおいて、前記昇圧された電圧の印加を開始してから前記駆動電流が前記閾値までに要する時間として予め設定された時間と、の差分を示す値である電流差分値(DF)を算出する演算部(210)と、を備え、
複数回算出された前記電流差分値の平均値に基づいて前記昇圧目標値の補正を行うことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 第1閾値(TH1)と、前記第1閾値よりも小さい第2閾値(TH2)と、が予め設定されており、
前記電流差分値の平均値の絶対値が前記第1閾値以上となったときに前記昇圧目標値の補正を開始し、
前記電流差分値の平均値の絶対値が前記第2閾値未満となるまで前記昇圧目標値の補正を継続して行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記電流差分値の平均値の絶対値が大きい程、前記昇圧目標値に対する補正量の絶対値が大きく設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記実測プロファイルにおける前記駆動電流の傾きが、基準プロファイルにおける前記駆動電流の傾きよりも大きい場合、において算出される前記電流差分値の符号は、
前記実測プロファイルにおける前記駆動電流の傾きが、基準プロファイルにおける前記駆動電流の傾きよりも小さい場合、において算出される前記電流差分値の符号とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
