Claims (7)
- 加工されるべきワークピースを受容するためのワークピース受容部と、前記ワークピースの加工に必要なツールを受容するためのツール受容部とを有する工作機械であって、硬さ測定装置が、前記工作機械を用いて自動的に所定の角度で前記ワークピースに載置され、且つ、自動的に所定の力で前記ワークピースに押し付けられ、前記硬さ測定装置が、前記工作機械のツールと共に、ツールマガジンに受容されている、前記工作機械において、
前記工作機械には前記硬さ測定装置が統合されており、前記硬さ測定装置を用いて、前記ワークピースにおいて自動的に硬さ測定が実施可能とされ、
前記硬さ測定装置が、前記ツール受容部を用いて、前記ワークピースに自動的に載置可能であり、かつ、所定の力で前記ワークピースに押し付け可能とされ、
前記ツール受容部には、圧力測定装置又は力測定装置が統合されており、前記圧力測定装置又は前記力測定装置を用いて、前記硬さ測定装置が前記ワークピースに押し付けられる際の力が自動的に測定され得ることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記工作機械に統合された硬さ測定装置が、UCI硬さ測定装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記硬さ測定装置によって得られた硬さ測定値が、保存及び/又は評価のために、評価装置に自動的に伝達され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記硬さ測定装置が、前記硬さ測定値を、無線通信で前記評価装置に伝達することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の工作機械。
- その際得られた力測定値が、評価装置に自動的に伝達可能であり、前記評価装置は、前記力測定値が力目標値に一致するように前記ツール受容部を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記硬さ測定装置が、前記ツールと共に、前記ツールマガジンに受容されていること、及び、自動的なツール交換の意味で、前記硬さ測定装置は、前記ツールマガジンから自動的に取り出され、前記ツール受容部によって受容可能である一方、前記ツール受容部から自動的に取り出され、前記ツールマガジンに受容可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記硬さ測定装置が、前記硬さ測定装置を受容している前記ツール受容部と共に、工作機械の軸を介して、前記ワークピースに対して自動的に変位され、所定の角度で前記ワークピースに載置され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
