Claims (4)
- 試料ごとに複数種類の前処理、及び、各前処理のパラメータの設定を受け付ける設定受付部と、
前記複数種類の前処理をそれぞれ実行する複数の前処理部であって、前記前処理部は少なくとも1つのポートを含む複数の前処理部と、
試料を通過させて試料中の特定成分を分離させる分離層を有する分離容器、及び、前記分離層により抽出された試料を回収する回収容器を含む複数の容器を前記複数の前処理部の間で順次搬送する搬送部と、
異なる試料についてそれぞれ設定された複数種類の前処理を同時並行的に実行するように前記複数の前処理部及び前記搬送部を制御する前処理実行部とを備え、
前記前処理実行部は、各前処理部のポートの空き状況又は処理状況を管理し、その管理に基づいて、異なる試料について同一のポートで同時に前処理が実行されることがないように、いずれかの試料に対する前処理に時間がかかった場合であっても、他の試料の前処理を先に進めることができる制御を行うことを特徴とする前処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の前処理装置と、
前記前処理装置において抽出された試料が導入される液体クロマトグラフと、
前記前処理装置及び前記液体クロマトグラフを連動させて自動制御する制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする分析システム。 - 請求項1に記載の前処理装置と、
前記前処理装置において抽出された試料が導入される質量分析装置と、
前記前処理装置及び前記質量分析装置を連動させて自動制御する制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする分析システム。 - 前記制御部は、異なる試料についての前記液体クロマトグラフ又は前記質量分析装置における分析が同時に実行されることがないように、前記液体クロマトグラフ又は前記質量分析装置における各試料の分析終了タイミングに合わせて、各試料についての複数種類の前処理の実行開始タイミングをずらすことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の分析システム。
