本発明が解決しようとする課題は、還元剤を含む還元液を排ガスダクト内に設置したノズルから噴霧するシステムにおいて、還元液が排ガスの熱を受けてノズルに至る間で気化することを抑止して、所定量の還元液を排ガス内に安定に噴霧することができ、結果として脱硝性能の低下を抑制した脱硝装置を提供することにある。

Claims (4)
- 燃焼設備から排出される排ガス中の窒素酸化物を還元する還元剤を含む還元液を、気体の気流により前記排ガスに噴霧するノズルと、
前記ノズルに前記気体を供給する気体供給部と、
前記ノズルに前記還元液を供給する還元液供給部と、
前記還元液に希釈液を注入して前記還元液の濃度を調整する濃度調整部とを備え、
前記濃度調整部は、前記燃焼設備の負荷に関わらず、前記燃焼設備の負荷変動範囲の下限において前記還元液が前記還元液供給部で気化しない濃度に対応して定めた設定希釈液量の前記希釈液を注入することを特徴とする脱硝装置。 - 前記ノズルは、二流体ノズルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脱硝装置。
- 前記設定希釈液量は、前記燃焼設備の定格負荷に対応して定められる前記還元液の供給量と略同一重量の希釈液量であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の脱硝装置。
- 前記還元液供給部は、前記燃焼設備の負荷に応じて変化する前記還元液の供給量を計測する流量計を備え、
前記濃度調整部は、前記流量計で計測された前記還元液の供給量の増分を、前記設定希釈液量から相殺して前記希釈液の注入量を減少させ、
前記気体供給部は、前記燃焼設備の負荷に関わらず、前記ノズルに供給する気体流量を一定の設定気体流量とし、
前記設定気体流量は、該設定気体流量を前記濃度調整部で希釈された還元液量で除した気液比が、前記燃焼設備の負荷変動範囲において略一定になるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の脱硝装置。
