Description
(1) カテーテルであって、

近位部分及び遠位部分を有する支持部材であって、前記近位部分が、前記シェルの前記首部分に挿入され、前記遠位部分が、前記シェルの前記チャンバ内に延在し、前記近位部分が、流体貫通孔を有する、支持部材と、
前記シェルの前記首部分と前記支持部材の前記近位部分との間に設けられて、前記流体貫通孔と前記チャンバとの間に流体通路を画定する、流体チャネルと、を含む、先端電極と、を含む、カテーテル。
(2) 前記支持部材の前記遠位部分に少なくとも部分的に収容される位置センサを更に含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記流体チャネルが、前記支持部材の前記遠位部分の外側表面上に形成される、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 前記流体チャネルが、前記外側表面上に螺旋パターンを有する、実施態様3に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記流体チャネルが、軸方向枝部及び半径方向枝部(axial and radial branches)を有する、実施態様3に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 前記螺旋パターンが、前記支持部材の前記遠位部分の長さに沿って少なくとも約720度延在する、実施態様4に記載のカテーテル。
(8) 前記螺旋パターンが、前記支持部材の前記遠位部分の長さに沿って少なくとも約1080度延在する、実施態様4に記載のカテーテル。
(9) 前記支持部材の前記近位部分が貫通孔を含み、前記チャネルが、前記貫通孔と連通している近位開口部、及び前記チャンバと連通している遠位開口部を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 前記シェルが、前記チャンバ内の流体が前記チャンバの外側に流れるのを可能にするための流体ポートを有して形成されたシェル壁を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。

前記カテーテル本体から遠位の先端電極であって、前記先端電極が、
遠位チャンバ及び近位首部分を有するシェルと、
近位部分及び遠位部分を有する支持部材であって、前記近位部分が前記首部分に挿入され、前記遠位部分が前記チャンバ内に延在し、前記近位部分が流体貫通孔を有し、前記遠位部分が、前記シェルの前記首部分の内側表面に面する外側表面、及び前記流体貫通孔と前記チャンバとの間に流体通路を提供する、前記外側表面上に形成されたチャネル、を有する、支持部材と、を含む、先端電極と、を含み、
前記首部分の前記内側表面が、前記流体通路を通る流体に曝露されるように適合されている、カテーテル。
(12) 前記支持部材の前記遠位部分に少なくとも部分的に収容される位置センサを更に含む、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(13) 前記流体チャネルが、前記外側表面上に螺旋パターンを有する、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(14) 前記流体チャネルが、軸方向枝部及び半径方向枝部を有する、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記螺旋パターンが、前記支持部材の前記遠位部分の長さに沿って少なくとも約360度延在する、実施態様13に記載のカテーテル。
(17) 前記螺旋パターンが、前記支持部材の前記遠位部分の長さに沿って少なくとも約1080度延在する、実施態様13に記載のカテーテル。
(18) 前記支持部材の前記近位部分が貫通孔を含み、前記チャネルが、前記貫通孔と連通している近位開口部、及び前記チャンバと連通している遠位開口部を有する、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(19) 前記カテーテルが、コネクタ管を更に有し、その遠位部分が前記首部分を覆い、前記首部分及び前記コネクタ管の前記遠位部分が、整列された潅注ポートを有し、前記整列された潅注ポートが、潅注流体が前記チャネルから前記先端電極の外に通過することを可能にして前記コネクタ管の外側表面を冷却するように構成される、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
Claims (10)
- カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体から遠位の先端電極であって、前記先端電極が、
近位首部分及び遠位チャンバを有するシェルと、
近位部分及び遠位部分を有する支持部材であって、前記近位部分が、前記シェルの前記首部分に挿入され、前記遠位部分が、前記シェルの前記チャンバ内に延在し、前記近位部分が、流体貫通孔を有する、支持部材と、
前記シェルの前記首部分と前記支持部材の前記近位部分との間に設けられて、前記流体貫通孔と前記チャンバとの間に流体通路を画定する、流体チャネルと、を含み、
前記流体チャネルが、軸方向枝部、近位半径方向枝部、及び、遠位半径方向枝部を有し、前記軸方向枝部は、前記近位半径方向枝部および前記遠位半径方向枝部と連通している、先端電極と、を含む、カテーテル。 - 前記支持部材の前記遠位部分に少なくとも部分的に収容される位置センサを更に含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記流体チャネルが、前記支持部材の前記遠位部分の外側表面上に形成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記流体チャネルが、前記近位半径方向枝部と連通しており、前記遠位半径方向枝部と連通していない、第2の軸方向枝部を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記支持部材の前記近位部分が貫通孔を含み、前記チャネルが、前記貫通孔と連通している近位開口部、及び前記チャンバと連通している遠位開口部を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記シェルが、前記チャンバ内の流体が前記チャンバの外側に流れるのを可能にするための流体ポートを有して形成されたシェル壁を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記支持部材の前記遠位部分が、前記シェルの前記首部分の内側表面に面する外側表面を有し、
前記首部分の前記内側表面が、前記流体通路を通る流体に曝露されるように適合されている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記支持部材の前記遠位部分に少なくとも部分的に収容される位置センサを更に含む、請求項7に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記支持部材の前記近位部分が貫通孔を含み、前記チャネルが、前記貫通孔と連通している近位開口部、及び前記チャンバと連通している遠位開口部を有する、請求項7に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルが、コネクタ管を更に有し、その遠位部分が前記首部分を覆い、前記首部分及び前記コネクタ管の前記遠位部分が、整列された潅注ポートを有し、前記整列された潅注ポートが、潅注流体が前記チャネルから前記先端電極の外に通過することを可能にして前記コネクタ管の外側表面を冷却するように構成される、請求項7に記載のカテーテル。
