Description
Claims (15)
- 遠位側と近位側を備える電気接続部と、前記電気接続部と接続される光学式センサとからなる内視鏡用の光学式センサ装置であって、前記電気接続部は複数の個別の電気導線から構成される多芯電気導線であり、前記光学式センサが、プリントされた又はフォトリソグラフィプリント構造の又はプレスされた電気回路基板の中間接続部なしに、前記遠位側と前記近位側との間で、前記電気接続部の側面上に、前記電気接続部の多芯電気導線の各電気導線が前記光学式センサの対応する各電気接点と接続されるように、前記側面に沿って取り付けられることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光学式センサ装置であって、前記光学式センサ上の電気接点(11、21)がただ一列に配置され、及び前記電気接点(11、21)がこの列上に前記電気接続部との接続範囲から見いだされる前記多芯電気導線のピッチと同じピッチで配置されるように形成されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項2に記載の光学式センサ装置であって、前記電気接点(21)が、電気接点列に対して垂直方向の方が電気接点列の方向よりも長いことを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の光学式センサ装置であって、前記電気接続部が少なくとも2つの別々の電気導線を備えたリボンケーブルから構成されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の前記多芯電気導線を備えた光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、第一段階で前記多芯電気導線が用意され、及び第二段階でカメラモジュールに統合された前記光学式センサが、用意された前記多芯電気導線の上に配設されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、第二段階中、導電性粒子を添加した、硬化中にその体積が減少する熱硬化型接着剤が、前記光学式センサを前記多芯電気導線上に固定するために使用されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、第二段階中、前記多芯電気導線の金属と前記光学式センサの電気接点との間の電気的及び機械的接続が、機械的圧力と超音波エネルギーにより耐久性のある接続が生じることによって、作り出されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、前記多芯電気導線、及び/又は、カメラモジュールに統合された前記光学式センサが、接続プロセスの前にプラズマを使用してアクティブ化されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、第二段階中、前記光学式センサと前記多芯電気導線との間の電気的及び機械的接続が、はんだ付けを使用して作り出されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、はんだを融解させるための熱供給が光源を使用して発生されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、はんだを融解させるための熱供給が前記多芯電気導線と機械的に接している熱源からの熱伝導によって行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の光学式センサ装置の製造方法であって、はんだを融解させるための熱供給が高温のガス流、特に熱風によって行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学式センサ装置の使用であって、該光学式センサ装置が内視鏡内に取り付けられることを特徴とする、使用。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学式センサ装置の使用であって、該光学式センサ装置が歯科医学の領域で画像診断装置内に取り付けられることを特徴とする、使用。
- 請求項2に記載の光学式センサ装置であって、前記光学式センサ上の電気接点(21)の列が、少なくとも前記電気接続部との接続領域において、前記電線接続部の各電気導線の方向に対して直角方向に配置され、前記多芯電気導線の少なくとも1つの電気導線が、前記光学式センサの対応する1つの電気接点と直接接続されることを特徴とする、光学式センサ装置。
