Description

The present invention relates to a partition unit, and particularly to a partition unit capable of temporarily forming a closed space outdoors.

Conventionally, there has been proposed a technology that can temporarily install a closed space such as a toilet outdoors when various events are held or when a disaster occurs.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a plurality of partition plates are made to penetrate through corresponding connecting small holes of a plurality of partition plates and a plurality of partition plates arranged so that the side edges or the end sides abut each other. A partition unit including a connecting belt that binds the two is disclosed. According to this partition unit, a closed space can be formed outdoors by arranging the partition plates connected in an arbitrary plane shape.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a partition member and a wall-like member connected in a foldable manner, and a support column on which the partition member is rotatably attached, and the partition member is provided with a door stop member. A unit is disclosed. According to this partition unit, a closed space can be formed outdoors by rotating and pulling out the partition member from the column and developing the wall-shaped member.

特開2007−113366号公報JP 2007-113366 A 特開2009−174200号公報JP 2009-174200 A

However, in the partition unit of Patent Document 1, a plurality of partition plates and the connection belt are stored in a separated state. Therefore, since it takes time to carry to the installation location, there is a problem that it is difficult to cope with a case where installation is urgent, especially when a disaster occurs. Moreover, since it becomes easy to lose about the partition plate and connection belt of several sheets, it is necessary to take a countermeasure against loss, and there also exists a problem that it takes an effort for storage.

Moreover, the partition unit of Patent Document 2 is based on the premise that the partition unit is used along the wall surface, and uses the wall surface as a part of the wall forming the closed space. Therefore, since the installation location is limited to the location where the wall surface exists, there is a problem that the flexibility of the installation location is low and the versatility is lacking.

In addition, in the partition units of Patent Documents 1 and 2, the door is opened outward in the assembled state, and the door may be suddenly opened due to a gust of wind or the like when installed outdoors. Therefore, there is a risk of the door coming into contact with a person around the door, and a risk of damage due to an impact on the partition unit main body due to the opening and closing of the door.

In addition, as a method for dealing with such a sudden opening of the door, it may be possible to adopt an opening stopper such as a magnet latch, but this method has a problem in durability when it is installed outdoors. In addition, it is conceivable to attach an auto-closure using a damper or the like to the door, but this method raises the price and weight of the partition unit and is not suitable for temporary installations. Therefore, these methods are not practical as a method for dealing with a sudden opening of a door in a partition unit that temporarily installs a closed space outdoors.
Therefore, in view of such problems, the first object of the present invention is to provide a partition unit that is easy to transport and store and has high versatility.
A second object is to provide a partition unit capable of suppressing a sudden opening of the door.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, the structure of the 1st partition unit 10, the 2nd partition unit 20, and the 3rd partition unit 30 which concern on this embodiment is demonstrated using FIGS.

FIGS. 1-6 is a perspective view which shows the structure and assembly method of the 1st partition unit 10, the 2nd partition unit 20, and the 3rd partition unit 30 which concern on this embodiment.

The first partition unit 10, the second partition unit 20, and the third partition unit 30 are self-supporting partition units that are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other outdoors, and then sequentially assembled through the steps of FIGS. Each forming an independent closed space. For example, toilets 40a, 40b and 40c are arranged in the formed closed space, and the formed closed space is used as a private toilet. The first partition unit 10 and the second partition unit 20 have the same configuration, but the third partition unit 30 has a configuration different from the first partition unit 10 and the second partition unit 20. Hereinafter, each unit will be described in detail.

The first partition unit 10 includes a box-shaped member 11, a partition member 12, a door member 13, a door stop member 14, a reinforcing beam 15, a guide member 17, a pulley 18, a linear member 19, and a weight 61, and includes a second partition. An independent closed space (hereinafter referred to as a first closed space) is formed using the unit 20. Specifically, the first partition unit 10 forms a first closed space surrounded by the box-shaped member 11, the partition member 12 and the door member 13, and the partition member 22 of the second partition unit 20.

The box-shaped member 11 includes a door member 13, a door stop member 14, a reinforcing beam 15, a linear member 19, a weight 61, and screws for connecting these members and each member of the second partition unit 20 to the internal space. The rectangular box material functions as a storage body that stores the connecting member in a separated state, and also functions as one of the wall materials in the first closed space. For example, the box-shaped member 11 is formed by connecting four L-shaped angles so that each of the L-shaped angles forms one side, and plate the four L-shaped angles so as to close one of the two openings of the connected L-shaped angles. It can be formed by attaching.

The partition member 12 is a plate member that is rotatably attached to the opening edge of the box-shaped member 11 via a hinge or the like so as to cover the opening 11 a of the box-shaped member 11. At this time, the partition member 12 is attached to the box-shaped member 11 so as not to rotate more than a predetermined angle such as 90 degrees. The partition member 12 functions as a lid that closes the internal space of the box-shaped member 11 and also functions as one of the wall materials that form the first closed space.

The door member 13 is comprised from the support | pillar 13b and the board | plate material 13a attached to this support | pillar 13b via a hinge etc. so that rotation was possible. The door member 13 has a column 13b attached to a partition member 22 of the second partition unit 20, specifically, a surface on the first closed space side of the partition member 22 via a connecting member, and is a single door in the first closed space. Function as.

The door stop member 14 is a partition member 12, specifically, a bar member such as an L-shaped angle attached to the surface of the partition member 12 on the first closed space side via a connecting member, and the door of the first closed space Functions as a door stop that restricts the rotation of the plate 13a of the door member 13 when closing the door.

The reinforcing beam 15 is attached to the column 13b of the door member 13, the partition member 22 of the second partition unit 20, and the partition member 12 via the connecting member, and functions as a reinforcing beam for connecting and fixing them.

The guide member 17 is a metal tube column or the like, and has an inner peripheral surface that guides (guides) the weight 61. The guide member 17 has an inner surface facing the opening 11 a of the box-shaped member 11, specifically, a left end portion on the bottom surface of the box-shaped member 11, and a weight 61 moves up and down along the inner peripheral surface of the guide member 17. It is fixed with its longitudinal direction downward so that it can rise and drop by gravity.
The linear member 19 is a wire such as a string, a wire, or a cable, and a weight 61 is connected to one end thereof, and the other end can be connected to the plate member 13 a of the door member 13.

The pulley 18 is a cylindrical body, and a groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the pulley 18 along the circumferential direction. A linear member 19 is hooked on the groove. The pulley 18 is rotatable about the central axis of the cylinder, and converts the movement in the horizontal direction into the movement in the vertical direction in the movement of the linear member 19 caught in the groove on the outer peripheral surface. The pulley 18 is fixed to the inner surface facing the opening 11 a of the box-shaped member 11, specifically, the left end portion on the bottom surface of the box-shaped member 11 so as to be positioned above the guide member 17.

The second partition unit 20 has the same configuration and function as the first partition unit 10, and includes a box-shaped member 21, a partition member 22, a door member 23, a door stop member 24, a reinforcing beam 25, a guide member 27, and a pulley 28. The linear member 29 and the weight 71 are provided, and an independent closed space (hereinafter referred to as a second closed space) is formed using the third partition unit 30. A weight 81 suspended from one end of the linear member 39 is disposed inside the guide member 37, the linear member 39 is hooked on the pulley 38, and further provided at the other end of the linear member 39. The ring-shaped member is hooked on the hook portion provided at the left end portion of the upper portion of the plate member 33a.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), in the state where the first partition unit 10 is assembled, the left end portion of the plate member 13a of the door member 13 is pulled forward and rotated around the column 13b. Consider the case where the door of the first space is opened. In this case, the weight 61 rises along the inner peripheral surface of the guide member 17 due to the force pulling the plate member 13a forward, and the pulley 18 rotates clockwise, and the weight of the linear member 19 is bordered on the pulley 18 as a boundary. The portion connected to 61 moves upward, and the portion connected to the door member 13 moves rightward. When the force pulling the plate 13a of the door member 13 toward the front is released, the weight 61 falls by gravity along the inner peripheral surface of the guide member 17, and the pulley 18 rotates counterclockwise. As a boundary, the portion of the linear member 19 connected to the weight 61 moves downward and the portion connected to the door member 13 moves leftward. In the second partition unit 20, the pulley 28, the linear member 29, and the weight 71 move in the same relationship as the pulley 18, the linear member 19, and the weight 61. In the third partition unit 30, the pulley 38, the linear member 39, and the weight 81 move in the same relationship as the pulley 18, the linear member 19, and the weight 61.
