Description

- ロッドを骨固定要素に結合するための結合アセンブリであって、前記結合アセンブリ(4,4′,4″)は、
第1の端部(5a)と、第2の端部(5b)と、ロッド(100)を受けるための凹部(52)と、前記第1の端部(5a)および第2の端部(5b)を通って延びる中心軸(C)とを有する受け部(5,5″)と、
固定要素(1)のヘッド(3,3′)を収容するための収容空間(54)とを備え、前記収容空間は、前記ヘッド(3,3′)の挿入を可能にするようにサイズ決めされた開口(55)を前記第2の端部(5b)に有し、前記収容空間から前記第1の端部(5a)まで延びるボア(51)を有し、前記結合アセンブリ(4,4′,4″)はさらに、
少なくとも部分的に前記収容空間(54)に位置決めされるように構成され、挿入されたヘッド(3,3′)を少なくとも部分的に取囲むようにサイズ決めされた保持要素(6,6′,6″)と、
少なくとも部分的に前記収容空間(54)に配置されるように構成された、前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)とは別個のばね要素(7,7″)とを備え、
前記ばね要素(7,7″)は、軸方向に圧縮されるように構成され、前記ばね要素(7,7″)は、各々が波頭部(70a)と波の谷部(70b)とを有する複数の交互の連続的な波を形成する少なくとも1つの平坦なストリップを含み、前記ばね要素(7,7″)は、前記中心軸の周囲に延びるこのような連続的な波の少なくとも2つの巻き(71,72,73,74)を備え、
組立状態において、前記ばね要素(7,7″)の一部分は、前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)および前記ばね要素が前記収容空間(54)に配置されたときに、前記受け部(5,5″)の前記凹部(52)の底よりも上まで延びるような軸方向の長さを有する、結合アセンブリ。 - 前記ばね要素(7,7″)は、前記中心軸(C)の周囲全体に延びている、請求項1に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)は、前記ばね要素(7,7″)を支持するための支持面(64a)を備え、前記ばね要素(7,7″)の軸方向長さは、前記ばね要素が圧縮されずに前記支持面に載っているときに、挿入されたロッドの底部よりも高い位置まで軸方向に延びるようなものである、請求項1または2に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記保持要素(6,6′)は、回転に対抗して前記受け部に留められる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)は、第1の端部(6a)と、第2の端部(6b)と、少なくとも部分的に前記中心軸(C)の周囲に延びる、前記第2の端部(6b)から間隔をあけて配置された第1のスリット(66c)と、前記保持要素(6)の前記第2の端部(6b)から前記第1のスリット(66c)に延びる第2のスリット(66b)とを備え、前記第1のスリット(66c)は、前記第2のスリット(66b)から離れるように延び、前記第2のスリット(66b)よりも長い、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)は、前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)の前記第2の端部(6b)にスリットリング(66)が形成されるように前記中心軸(C)の周囲に部分的に延びる第3のスリット(66d)を備える、請求項5に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記収容空間(54)に位置決めされるように構成され、前記ヘッド(3)に対して圧力をかけるように構成された圧力要素(10)をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記受け部(5)に挿入されると前記圧力要素の上方移動を防止する止め具(11a,11b)が前記圧力要素(10)のために設けられる、請求項7に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記受け部(5)における前記ボア(51)は、前記保持要素(6,6′,6″)が前記第1の端部(5a)から前記受け部(5,5″)に挿入可能であるようにサイズ決めされる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 前記受け部(5)における前記ボア(51)は、前記圧力要素(10)が前記第1の端部(5a)から前記受け部(5″)に挿入可能であるようにサイズ決めされる、請求項7または8に記載の結合アセンブリ。
- 骨に固定するためのシャンク(2)およびヘッド(3,3′)を有する骨固定要素(1)と、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の結合アセンブリ(4,4′,4″)とを備える、多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記骨固定要素の前記ヘッドは、ドライバのための係合凹部(31)を有する自由端面を備え、前記凹部は、前記自由端面の中心点から螺旋状の態様で延びる複数の羽部を備える、請求項11に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
