Description
図2は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る光モジュール100の断面図である。図2では、光レセプタクル120内の光路を示すために光レセプタクル120の断面へのハッチングを省略している。
図3は、実施の形態に係る光レセプタクル120の構成を示す図である。図3Aは、光レセプタクル120の平面図であり、図3Bは、底面図であり、図3Cは、正面図であり、図3Dは、背面図であり、図3Eは、右側面図である。
上述したように、本実施の形態に係る光レセプタクル120は、射出成形により製造される。以下、光レセプタクル120の製造方法について説明する。
以上のように、離型前の第1光学面121の中心間距離および離型前の第2光学面123の中心間距離が、発光素子114から出射される光の光軸間距離より短いため、本実施の形態に係る光レセプタクル120は、射出成形により製造して変形した場合であっても、発光素子114および光伝送体116を適切に光学的に接続することができる。

Claims (2)
- 射出成形により製造され、配列された複数の発光素子または複数の受光素子と、複数の光伝送体との間に配置され、前記複数の発光素子または複数の受光素子と、前記複数の光伝送体の端面とをそれぞれ光学的に接続する光レセプタクルであって、
前記複数の発光素子から出射された光をそれぞれ入射させるか、内部を通る光を前記受光素子に向けてそれぞれ出射させる複数の第1光学面と、
前記複数の第1光学面で入射した光を前記複数の光伝送体の端面に向けてそれぞれ出射させるか、前記複数の光伝送体からの光をそれぞれ入射させる複数の第2光学面と、
前記第1光学面で入射した光を前記第2光学面に向けて反射させるか、前記第2光学面で入射した光を前記第1光学面に向けて反射させる第3光学面と、
前記複数の第2光学面が配置された面に、前記複数の第2光学面の配列方向において、前記複数の第2光学面を挟むように形成された複数の凹部と、
を有し、
射出成形における離型前の隣接する2つの前記第1光学面の中心間距離および離型前の隣接する2つの前記第2光学面の中心間距離は、対向配置される隣接する2つの前記発光素子から出射される光の光軸間距離、または対向配置される隣接する2つの前記光伝送体から出射される光の光軸間距離より短く、
離型後の隣接する2つの前記第1光学面の中心間距離および離型後の隣接する2つの前記第2光学面の中心間距離は、対向配置される隣接する2つの前記発光素子から出射される光の光軸間距離、または対向配置される隣接する2つの前記光伝送体から出射される光の光軸間距離より短い、
