Claims (4)
- エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)材質の非導電性フッ素系合成樹脂からなるフレキシブルなシート状のベースシートと;
前記ベースシートの表面に、互いに接したり交差したりしないように一定のパターンで形成され、カーボンブラックが含有されたエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)材質の導電性フッ素系合成樹脂が蒸着されてなる導電ラインと;
前記導電ラインの底面に形成され、純粋なカーボンブラックからなる導電物質と;
を含むことを特徴とするフレキシブルシート型物性感知リークセンサー装置。 - 前記導電ラインを形成する導電性フッ素系合成樹脂に含まれているカーボンブラックの含有量が15重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルシート型物性感知リークセンサー装置。
- 前記導電ラインの幅は1100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルシート型物性感知リークセンサー装置。
- 前記ベースシートの厚さは250μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルシート型物性感知リークセンサー装置。
