Claims (17)
- 医療器具であって、
シャフト、
被作動構造であり、前記シャフトに対する当該被作動構造の動作を可能にする方法で前記シャフトの遠位端に装着された、被作動構造、
前記被作動構造に接続され、前記シャフトに沿って延びる、第一のテンドン、
前記被作動構造に接続され、前記シャフトに沿って延びる、第二のテンドン、
前記シャフトの近位端のキャプスタンであり、当該キャプスタンは回転可能に装着され、前記第一のテンドンは、第一の方向で当該キャプスタンに巻き付けられる部分及び当該キャプスタンから延びる近位端を含み、前記第二のテンドンは、第二の方向で当該キャプスタンに巻き付けられる部分及び当該キャプスタンから延びる近位端を含み、前記第二の方向は前記第一の方向の反対である、キャプスタン、
前記キャプスタンを回転させるためのモータを前記キャプスタンに接続させる機構、及び
前記第一のテンドン及び前記第二のテンドンの前記近位端に一定の張力を加えるように結合させられた、受動的予荷重システム、
を有する、器具。 - 前記受動的予荷重システムは、
前記第一のテンドンの前記近位端に結合させられた、第一のバネ、及び
前記第二のテンドンの前記近位端に結合させられた、第二のバネ、
を有する、請求項1記載の器具。 - 前記第一のバネは、前記第一のテンドンの前記近位端に一定の力を加える定荷重バネを含み、
前記第二のバネは、前記第二のテンドンの前記近位端に一定の力を加える定荷重バネを含む、
請求項2記載の器具。 - 前記受動的予荷重システムは、前記第一のテンドンの近位端及び前記第二のテンドンの近位端と係合させられたプーリシステムを有する、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記受動的予荷重システムは、前記プーリシステムを引っ張ることによって前記第一のテンドン及び前記第二のテンドンに張力を加えるように結合させられたバネを更に有する、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記受動的予荷重システムは、前記第一のテンドンと前記プーリシステムとの間に結合させられたバネを更に有する、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記第一のテンドンの前記近位端及び前記第二のテンドンの前記近位端は、つなぎ合わされ、前記プーリシステムの一つのプーリに巻き付く、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記モータは、前記キャプスタンを回転させるように結合させられており、前記モータは、前記モータのコンピュータ制御を可能にするインターフェイスを有する、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記機構は、前記器具の手動での操作のために前記モータが前記キャプスタンから分離されることを可能にする、請求項8記載の器具。
- 前記キャプスタンの手動での回転のために結合させられたノブを更に有する、請求項8記載の器具。
- 前記予荷重システムは、前記キャプスタンの回転軸に対して垂直な方向における前記キャプスタンの直線運動を可能にする、前記キャプスタンのスライド式装着部を有する、請求項8記載の器具。
- 前記キャプスタンの前記スライド式装着部は、前記キャプスタンの回転軸に対して垂直な方向における前記モータ及び前記キャプスタンの直線運動を可能にする、前記モータのスライド式装着部である、請求項11記載の器具。
- 前記キャプスタンと前記被作動構造との間の位置で前記第一のテンドンに係合する第二の予荷重システムを更に有する、請求項1記載の器具。

前記被作動構造に接続され、前記シャフトに沿って延びる、第二のテンドン、
前記シャフトの近位端のキャプスタンであり、当該キャプスタンは回転可能に装着され、前記第一のテンドンの一部分は、第一の方向で当該キャプスタンに巻き付けられ、前記第二のテンドンの一部分は、前記第一の方向の反対の第二の方向で当該キャプスタンに巻き付けられる、キャプスタン、及び
前記第一のテンドン及び前記第二のテンドンにおける張力を維持するように結合させられた、受動的予荷重システム、
を有し、
前記キャプスタンは、
第一の一方向クラッチであり、前記第一のテンドンは当該第一の一方向クラッチに巻き付けられる、第一の一方向クラッチ、及び
第二の一方向クラッチであり、前記第二のテンドンは当該第二の一方向クラッチに巻き付けられる、第二の一方向クラッチ、
を有し、
前記第一の一方向クラッチは、前記第二のクラッチに前記第二のテンドンを引っ張らせる方向に前記キャプスタンが回転させられた場合にスリップし、
前記第二の一方向クラッチは、前記第一のクラッチに前記第一のテンドンを引っ張らせる方向に前記キャプスタンが回転させられた場合にスリップする、

前記駆動モータがキャプスタンの回転を駆動するステップであり、前記キャプスタンは、第一の方向で前記キャプスタンに巻き付けられる第一のテンドン及び前記第一の方向の反対の第二の方向で前記キャプスタンに巻き付けられる第二のテンドンを有し、前記第一のテンドンの遠位部分及び前記第二のテンドンの遠位部分は、前記シャフトに沿って延び、前記被作動構造に係合する、ステップ、及び
前記キャプスタンから延びる前記第一のテンドンの近位部分及び前記第二のテンドンの近位部分において、前記受動的予荷重システムが張力を受動的に制御するステップであり、張力を受動的に制御する前記ステップは、前記受動的予荷重システムが前記第一のテンドンの近位端に力を加えるサブステップ、及び前記受動的予荷重システムが前記第二のテンドンの近位端に同じ力を加えるサブステップ、を含み、前記第一のテンドンの近位端及び前記第二のテンドンの近位端に加えられる力は、前記被作動構造の可動域に渡って一定である、ステップ、
を含む、作動方法。 - 前記キャプスタンの回転を駆動する前記ステップは、前記器具のロボット操作中に行われる、請求項15記載の作動方法。
- 前記第一のテンドンは、前記キャプスタンに前記第二のテンドンを引っ張らせる方向に前記キャプスタンが回転した場合に前記キャプスタンに対してスリップし、
