Description
の両親媒性コポリマーを含む親水性多孔質膜であって、式中、両親媒性コポリマーがランダム又はブロックコポリマーであり、Rfがペルフルオロ置換基であり、一方でRh1及びRh2が親水性基又は塩素であり、m、n、及びoが独立して0〜1000であるが、但し、m+n+oが10以上であり、Yがヒドロキシルであることを条件とする、親水性多孔質膜を提供する。
(i)PTFE及び両親媒性コポリマー、並びに任意選択で滑剤を含むブレンドを調製するステップと、
(ii)ブレンドをテープへと押出するステップと、
(iii)テープを二軸延伸して、親水性多孔質膜を得るステップと、任意選択で、
(iv)親水性多孔質膜を薬剤と反応させて、両親媒性コポリマーの化学構造を改変するステップと、任意選択で、
(v)親水性多孔質膜をアニーリングするステップとを含み、
両親媒性コポリマーが、式(I):
のものであり、式中、両親媒性コポリマーがホモポリマー、又はランダム若しくはブロックコポリマーであり、Rfがペルフルオロ置換基であり、一方でRh1及びRh2が親水性基又は塩素であり、m、n、及びoが独立して0〜1000であるが、但し、m+n+oが10以上であり、Yがヒドロキシルであることを条件とする、方法をさらに提供する。

任意選択で、
(iv)親水性多孔質膜を薬剤と反応させて、両親媒性コポリマーの化学構造を改変するステップと、任意選択で、
(v)親水性多孔質膜をアニーリングするステップとを含み、
両親媒性コポリマーが、式(I):
のものであり、式中、両親媒性コポリマーがランダム又はブロックコポリマーであり、Rfがペルフルオロ置換基であり、一方でRh1及びRh2が親水性基又は塩素であり、m、n、及びoが独立して0〜1000であるが、但し、m+n+oが10以上であり、Yがヒドロキシルであることを条件とする、方法をさらに提供する。

Claims (13)
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)及び式(I)の両親媒性コポリマーを含む親水性多孔質膜であって、
式中、前記両親媒性コポリマーがランダム又はブロックコポリマーであり、Rfがペルフルオロ置換基であり、一方でRh1及びRh2が親水性基又は塩素であり、m及びnが独立して100〜200であり、oが0〜1000であり、Yがヒドロキシルであることを条件とする、親水性多孔質膜。 - Rfがペルフルオロ置換アルキルであり、アルキル鎖がその鎖中に任意選択で1つ又は複数の酸素原子を含有し得る、請求項1に記載の親水性多孔質膜。
- RfがCpF2p+1−(CH2)q(OCH2)rであり、式中、pが1〜12であり、qが0〜3であり、rが0〜2である、請求項1又は2に記載の親水性多孔質膜。
- Rfが独立して、C8F17CH2、C6F13(CH2)2OCH2、C4F9CH2、及びCF3から選択される、請求項3に記載の親水性多孔質膜。
- Rfが、C8F17CH2及びC6F13(CH2)2OCH2から選択される、請求項4に記載の親水性多孔質膜。
- Rh1及びRh2が独立して、ヒドロキシル、アシルオキシ、トリフルオロアセチル、アルキルオキシ、塩素、アリルオキシ、アルキルチオ、及びアルキルチオプロピルオキシから選択され、アルキルチオ及びアルキルチオプロピルオキシのアルキル部分が任意選択で、ヒドロキシル、カルボン酸、スルホン酸、ホスホン酸、四級アンモニウム、アルキルスルホニル、又はヘテロシクリルで置換される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の親水性多孔質膜。
- Rh1及びRh2が、ヒドロキシル及びトリフルオロアセチルから選択される、請求項6に記載の親水性多孔質膜。
- 前記両親媒性コポリマーが:
から選択される、請求項1に記載の親水性多孔質膜。 - 親水性多孔質PTFE膜を調製する方法であって、
(i)PTFE及び両親媒性コポリマーを含むブレンドを調製するステップと、
(ii)前記ブレンドをテープへと押出するステップと、
(iii)前記テープを二軸延伸して、親水性多孔質膜を得るステップと、
(iv)前記親水性多孔質膜を酸と反応させて、前記両親媒性コポリマーの化学構造を改変するステップと、
を含み、前記両親媒性コポリマーが、式(I):
のものであり、式中、前記両親媒性コポリマーがランダム又はブロックコポリマーであり、Rfがペルフルオロ置換基であり、一方でRh1及びRh2が親水性基又は塩素であり、m及びnが独立して100〜200であり、oが0〜1000であり、Yがヒドロキシルであることを条件とする、方法。 - 前記(i)として、PTFE、両親媒性コポリマー及び滑剤を含むブレンドを調製するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記酸がトリフルオロ酢酸である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記親水性多孔質膜をアニーリングするステップを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 流体を濾過する方法であって、前記流体を請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の親水性多孔質膜を通して通過させるステップを含む、方法。
