Claims (5)
- 不定形耐火物用の粉体混合物であり、
酸化アルミニウムと、アルミノ珪酸塩と、ホウ酸と、フリットを含み、
粉体混合物内における割合が、酸化アルミニウムよりもアルミノ珪酸塩の方が多く、
ホウ酸以外の粉体混合物に対するホウ酸の割合が1.0重量%以上2.0重量%以下であり、
フリット以外の粉体混合物に対するフリットの割合が1.5重量%以上5.0重量%以下である、粉体混合物。 - さらに、氷晶石を、粉体混合物に対して0.5重量%以上1.5重量%の割合で含む請求項1に記載の粉体混合物。
- さらに、炭化ケイ素を含む請求項1又は2に記載の粉体混合物。
- 炉壁用不定形耐火物の製造方法であり、
炉の外壁と間隔を置いた位置に可燃性の内壁を配置し、耐火物配置空間を形成する空間形成工程と、
酸化アルミニウム系材とホウ酸とフリットを含む粉体混合物であって、ホウ酸以外の粉体混合物に対するホウ酸の割合が1.0重量%以上2.0重量%以下であるとともに、フリット以外の粉体混合物に対するフリットの割合が1.5重量%以上5.0重量%以下に調整された粉体混合物を、耐火物配置空間に導入する粉体混合物導入工程と、
を有する炉壁用不定形耐火物の製造方法。 - 前記内壁の燃焼開始温度が、400℃以上500℃以下である請求項4に記載の製造方法。
