Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る駆動力伝達装置の断面図である。この駆動力伝達装置は、例えば車両の走行のための駆動源の駆動力を断続可能に伝達するために用いられる。
この駆動力伝達装置1は、第1回転部材11及び第2回転部材12とが駆動力伝達可能に連結した連結状態と、第1回転部材11と第2回転部材12との間の駆動力伝達が遮断された非連結状態とを切り替え可能である。図1では、回転軸線Oよりも上側に連結状態を示し、回転軸線Oよりも下側に非連結状態を示している。以下、回転軸線Oに平行な方向を単に「軸方向」ということがある。
以上説明した実施の形態によれば、以下に示す作用及び効果が得られる。
Claims (3)
- 互いに相対回転可能な第1回転部材及び第2回転部材と、
軸方向移動によって前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とを連結状態及び非連結状態に切り替え可能な切替部材と、
軸方向移動によって前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との差動回転を抑制する摩擦力を発生させる摩擦部材と、
複数の被係止部が周方向に沿って階段状に形成され、前記切替部材及び前記摩擦部材を軸方向の一側に押圧することが可能な円筒状のピストン部材と、
前記ピストン部材の前記被係止部と軸方向に対向して配置され、前記ピストン部材を軸方向に押圧する第1位置、及び前記ピストン部材を押圧しない第2位置との間で進退移動する押圧部材と、
前記切替部材及び前記摩擦部材を前記ピストン部材側に押圧する付勢機構と、
前記複数の被係止部のうち何れかの被係止部を係止する係止部材とを備え、
前記ピストン部材の前記被係止部には、前記ピストン部材の周方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面が形成され、
前記押圧部材は、前記第1位置への移動によって前記被係止部の前記傾斜面を押圧し、前記ピストン部材を所定量回転させて隣り合う他の前記被係止部の前記傾斜面を前記係止部材に向かい合わせ、
前記ピストン部材は、前記押圧部材が前記第2位置に戻ることで、前記隣り合う他の前記被係止部の前記傾斜面が前記付勢機構の付勢力によって前記係止部材を摺動してさらに回転し、これにより前記係止部材が前記他の被係止部を係止し、
前記ピストン部材は、前記付勢機構の付勢力によって常に前記係止部材側に押し付けられている、
駆動力伝達装置。 - 前記付勢機構は、前記切替部材を前記ピストン部材に向かって付勢する第1のバネ部材と、前記摩擦部材を前記ピストン部材に向かって付勢する第2のバネ部材とを有し、
前記ピストン部材は、前記第1のバネ部材及び前記第2のバネ部材のうち、少なくとも何れかのバネ部材の付勢力を常に受ける、
請求項1に記載の駆動力伝達装置。 - 前記切替部材は、前記ピストン部材との間に前記摩擦部材の一部を挟んで配置され、
前記第2のバネ部材は、前記切替部材を軸方向に貫通する挿通孔に嵌挿されて前記摩擦部材を付勢する、
請求項2に記載の駆動力伝達装置。
