Description
特に特許文献8は、多段フラッシュ蒸発法の最後の段階に、真空ポンプが配置された薄膜蒸発器を備えていることを示している。薄膜蒸発器からの生成物は、直接に押出し機に到達し濾過装置へと形成される。
特許文献9にも、薄膜蒸発器にセルロース懸濁液を投入する同様の方法が開示されている。薄膜蒸発器では、水分の蒸発及びセルロースのN−オキサイドへの溶解が行われて、成形用溶液が著しく濃縮される。濃縮された成形用溶液は排出装置により取出される。

Claims (11)
- セルロース、タンパク質、ポリラクチド、澱粉又はそれらの混合物のいずれか1つから成る原料を溶剤と混合して成形用溶液とし、前記成形用溶液から溶剤の一部を除去した後に紡糸設備(8)へ送給して成形物を製造する方法であって、
前記成形溶液は、垂直で円筒状の薄膜蒸発器(2)及び水平で円筒状の圧膜溶解器(4)に送給され、前記成形用溶液は圧膜溶解器(4)においてか、又は、圧膜溶解器(4)に直接接続された排出装置(5)であって、圧膜溶解器(4)から排出された前記成形用溶液が流入する排出装置(5)において、成形に必要な粘度となるよう希釈され、
前記圧膜溶解器(4)において生成した蒸気が、前記圧膜溶解器(4)に接続された連結器(9)を介して排出されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記溶剤は、三級アミンオキシド水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 薄膜蒸発器(2)は、原料と溶剤から成る懸濁液を受入れ、水分を蒸発させて前記溶剤を三級アミンオキシド2.5水和物に濃縮することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 圧膜溶解器(4)は、薄膜蒸発器(2)からの懸濁液の水分を蒸発させて前記三級アミンオキシドを0.8〜1.0の水和物に濃縮し、前記懸濁液を溶解させ且つ均質化することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 薄膜蒸発器(2)及び/又は圧膜溶解器(4)は、80〜180℃において運転されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 薄膜蒸発器(2)及び/又は圧膜溶解器(4)は、絶対圧20〜200ミリバールにおいて運転されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 薄膜蒸発器(2)及び/又は圧膜溶解器(4)の軸に沿って、絶えず温度制御が行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形用溶液は、紡糸液であり、前記紡糸液は、紡糸に必要な粘度となるように希釈剤により再希釈されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記希釈剤は、三級アミンオキシド水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、
薄膜蒸発器(2)及び圧膜溶解器(4)は、連結部(3)を介して互いに連結されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 薄膜蒸発器(2)及び圧膜溶解器(4)は、連結器を介して互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
