Description
エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンの出力軸と前記第1モータの回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりが可能なバッテリと、前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御装置と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、走行中のブレーキオン時には、
ブレーキ操作量に基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求制動力を設定し、
前記要求制動力に基づいて前記エンジンのベース回転数を設定し、
前記ベース回転数および車速に基づいて変速段を設定し、
前記変速段および前記車速に基づいて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、
前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転すると共に前記要求制動力が前記駆動軸に作用するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (10)
- エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンの出力軸と前記第1モータの回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりが可能なバッテリと、前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御装置と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、走行中のブレーキオン時には、
ブレーキ操作量に基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求制動力を設定し、
前記要求制動力に基づいてブレーキング水準を設定すると共に前記ブレーキング水準が高いときには低いときに比して大きくなるよう前記エンジンのベース回転数を設定し、
前記ベース回転数および車速に基づいて変速段を設定し、
前記変速段および前記車速に基づいて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、
前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転すると共に前記要求制動力が前記駆動軸に作用するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記ブレーキオン時において、
前記ブレーキング水準が第1水準のときには、前記要求制動力が第1制動力以上の状態が第1所定時間に亘って継続したときに前記ブレーキング水準を前記第1水準よりも高い第2水準に切り替え、
前記ブレーキング水準が前記第2水準のときには、前記要求制動力が前記第1制動力以下の第2制動力未満の状態が第2所定時間に亘って継続したときに前記ブレーキング水準を前記第1水準に切り替える、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記第1制動力は、路面勾配が登坂路側に大きいほど小さくなるよう設定される、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2または3記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記ブレーキオン時において、
前記ブレーキング水準が前記第1水準または前記第2水準のときには、前記要求制動力が前記第2制動力以上の第3制動力以上で且つ前記要求制動力の増加量が所定増加量以上のときに前記ブレーキング水準を第3水準に切り替え、
前記ブレーキング水準が前記第3水準のときには、前記要求制動力が前記第2制動力未満の状態が前記第2所定時間に亘って継続したときに前記ブレーキング水準を前記第1水準に切り替える、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記ブレーキオン時において、
前記車速に基づいて仮変速段を設定し、
前記車速に基づいて、現在の前記変速段よりも1段だけ低速段側の変速段における前
記エンジンの回転数であるダウンシフト後回転数を設定し、
前記ダウンシフト後回転数が前記ベース回転数よりも大きいときには、現在の前記変速段を上限変速段として設定し、前記ダウンシフト後回転数が前記ベース回転数以下のときには、現在の前記変速段よりも1段だけ低速段側の変速段を前記上限変速段として設定し、
前記仮変速段と前記上限変速段とのうちの小さい方を前記変速段として設定する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項5記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記ブレーキオン時において、前記ダウンシフト後回転数が前記ベース回転数以下のときでも、現在の前記変速段の継続時間が第3所定時間未満のときには、現在の前記変速段を前記上限変速段として設定する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記ブレーキオン時において、前記車速が低いときには高いときに比して小さくなるよう前記ベース回転数を設定する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、アクセルオン時には、
アクセル操作量に基づいて前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、
前記アクセル操作量および前記車速に基づいて前記変速段を設定し、
前記車速と前記変速段とに基づいて前記目標回転数を設定し、
前記目標回転数で前記エンジンを運転したときに前記エンジンから出力される上限パワーが前記駆動軸に出力されたときの駆動力としての上限駆動力を設定し、
前記上限駆動力と前記要求駆動力とのうち小さい方の駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記変速段は、仮想的な変速段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記駆動軸と前記遊星歯車機構との間に取り付けられた有段変速機を有し、
前記変速段は、前記有段変速機の変速段または前記有段変速機の変速段に仮想的な変速段を加味した変速段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。
