Description
図1に、本発明の接合体4を軸方向の一方の端面2から見た模式図、図2に、接合体4の斜視図を示す。接合体4は、柱状部材1と、その柱状部材1の外周面3に被覆された金属管5と、を含む。本発明の接合体4の製造方法では、まず、金属板6を筒形状に加工し、金属管5とする金属管形成工程を行う。そして、金属管5を径方向に拡大させて塑性変形させる金属管拡径工程を行う。次に、拡径した金属管5に柱状部材1を挿入し、金属管5と柱状部材1とを接合する接合工程を行う。
図1に本発明の接合体4を軸方向の一方の端面2から見た図を示す。また、図2に、本発明の接合体4の斜視図を示す。接合体4は柱状部材1と、柱状部材1の外周面3に金属管5と、を備える。この接合体4の柱状部材1と金属管5は密着し、一体化している。
セラミックス粉末を含む坏土を所望の形状に押し出した後、乾燥し、所定の外形寸法に加工した。その後、Si含浸焼成することによって、材質が炭化珪素、本体サイズが外径55.0mm、長さ20mmの円柱状(筒状)のハニカム構造体を製造した。すなわち、柱状部材として、ハニカム構造体を用いた。ハニカム構造体のセル密度は20セル/cm2、隔壁の厚さ(壁厚)は0.3mm、ハニカム構造体の熱伝導率は150W/(m・K)であった。
ハニカム構造体の製造は実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
ステンレス管の下端面を固定した状態で、プレス機を用いて、ハニカム構造体の端面に対し、軸方向に加圧した。その際、ハニカム構造体がステンレス管内を軸方向に動き始めた時点の圧力を測定し、押し抜き荷重とした。押し抜き荷重とステンレス管の外観結果に関して、表1に記す。
Claims (7)
- 金属板を筒形状に加工し、金属管とする金属管形成工程と、
前記金属管を径方向に拡大させて塑性変形させる金属管拡径工程と、
前記金属管に柱状部材を挿入し、前記金属管と前記柱状部材とを接合する接合工程と、
を含み、
さらに前記接合工程の際に、又は前記接合工程の後に、前記金属管に残留する残留応力を解放させる残留応力解放工程を含む接合体の製造方法。 - 前記金属管拡径工程において、前記金属管の内径よりも径の大きいパンチを前記金属管に挿入するプレス加工により、前記金属管を径方向に拡大させて塑性変形させる請求項1に記載の接合体の製造方法。
- 前記金属管拡径工程において、スピニング加工により、前記金属管を径方向に拡大させて塑性変形させる請求項1に記載の接合体の製造方法。
- 前記残留応力解放工程における前記残留応力を解放させる方法が、熱処理、レーザー照射、超音波振動、及び電磁波照射から選択されるいずれかを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接合体の製造方法。
- 前記金属板がステンレス、銅、真鍮、チタン、Ni合金、及びAl合金から選択されるいずれかである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接合体の製造方法。
- 前記柱状部材がセラミックス、金属、合金、及び耐熱性樹脂から選択されるいずれかである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の接合体の製造方法。
- 接合前の前記金属管の内径が、前記柱状部材の外径の−0.2〜0.1mmである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の接合体の製造方法。
