Claims (4)
- 透過側の面が互いに対向するように配置された2枚の分離膜からなる分離膜対の周縁部が封止された構造を有する分離膜エレメントが複数平行に配列されてなるエレメントブロックと、散気管を具備し前記エレメントブロックの下方に配置されるエアレーションブロックとを備えた分離膜モジュールであって、前記エレメントブロックは、隣接する前記分離膜エレメントのそれぞれの間かつ前記分離膜エレメントの上側半分に少なくとも1つずつ配置される上部スペーサーと、隣接する前記分離膜エレメントのそれぞれの間かつ前記上部スペーサーより下方にそれぞれ配置される下部スペーサーとを備え、前記複数の分離膜エレメントのうちの両端に位置する分離膜エレメントが前記下部スペーサーの高さでのみフレームに固定されていることを特徴とする分離膜モジュール。
- 前記上部スペーサー、前記下部スペーサー、および前記分離膜エレメントのそれぞれが貫通穴を有し、前記エレメントブロックは前記貫通穴にシャフトを貫通させることによって前記分離膜エレメントのそれぞれと前記上部スペーサーおよび前記下部スペーサーが一体として束ねられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記フレームが、前記上部スペーサーの高さで前記複数の分離膜エレメントのうちの両端の分離膜エレメントの水平方向への移動範囲を制限するガイドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の分離膜モジュール。
- 前記フレームが、前記上部スペーサーの高さで前記複数の分離膜エレメントのうちの両端の分離膜エレメントの下方向への移動範囲を制限する受け部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の分離膜モジュール。
