Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation system in a detached house or the like.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the cassette type heat exchange ventilation system 100 in a detached house, the fire on the exhaust side duct 110 to which the intake and exhaust grille 15 is connected is prevented from spreading from the fire of another room 120 to the adjacent room 130. If no countermeasure was taken, it was not possible to prevent the spread of fire from the fire of another room 120 to the adjacent room 130.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, in order to prevent the duct 110 on the exhaust side from spreading from the fire of the other room 120 to the adjacent room 130, the non-combustible duct 111, the intake / exhaust grill 15 and the intake / exhaust main body 200 are all non-combustible. It was necessary to cover with the material 300.

The incombustible duct 111 having an incombustible effect has a diameter of 100 mm or more. When this incombustible duct 111 is used, there is a limit to the size of the hole that can be drilled in the floor joist (beam) 140. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Construction that lowers is the main.

Therefore, it is considered to use an open / close damper that blocks the flow of fire in the duct in order to prevent the fire in the other room 120 from spreading to the adjacent room 130 without using the incombustible incombustible duct 111. (Patent Document 1).

In Patent Document 1, a hinge is formed on the inner wall of the bottom wall of the fan box body, and a door body that functions as an open / close damper is pivotally supported via a hinge pin. The door body is disclosed to include a movable frame body and a heat insulating material layer held in the movable frame body.

Here, it is conceivable that the construction for lowering the ceiling becomes unpopular, and the number of customers who use the cassette type heat exchange ventilation system decreases. In addition, there is a method of making a hole with a diameter of 100 or more using a strong floor joist (beam), but there are problems that there are concerns about restrictions on use, changes in structure, and increased cost of materials used.

Further, in Patent Document 1, in order to open and close the door body as the open / close damper, an open / close drive device needs to be provided in the fan box body, but the open / close drive device needs to be combined with a temperature detector or the like, and the structure is There was a problem of becoming complicated.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation system that prevents the spread of fire from a fire in another room with a simple structure that does not involve construction for lowering the ceiling, has no concern about cost increase, and has a simple structure.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

<Embodiment>
1 to 4 show an embodiment of a ventilation system according to the present invention.

A ventilation system 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is installed on a fan 3 (corresponding to “intake / exhaust means” of the present invention) for sucking and exhausting air and on the back of the ceiling of a room 7a on the outer wall 5 side. Intake / exhaust body 9 made of steel plate incorporating exhaust means, ducts 11a-11e connected to the intake / exhaust body 9 and extending from the ceiling of the room 7a on the outer wall 5 side to the ceiling of the other rooms 7b-7d, The air intake grille 15 is attached to the ceiling 13 of the other rooms 7b to 7d and connected to the ends of the ducts 11a to 11e, and is provided in the hole 21 of the floor joist 19 on the inner wall 17 behind the ceiling. And a blocking means 23 that is connected to ducts 11a to 11e extending to 7b to 7d and blocks exhaust from the intake / exhaust grill 15 to the intake / exhaust body 9 at a predetermined temperature.

Further, the ventilation system 1 includes an incombustible duct 25 extending from the intake / exhaust body 9 to the hole 21 of the outer wall 5, and an outdoor hood 27 connected to the incombustible duct 25 and attached to the outer wall 5. As shown in FIG. 1, the incombustible duct 25 and the outdoor hood 27 are provided for intake and exhaust, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 1, the intake / exhaust main body 9 is a rectangular parallelepiped, and ducts 11 a to 11 e having a diameter of 50 mm and incombustible ducts 25 having a diameter of 100 mm are extended from the side surfaces thereof. An exhaust filter (not shown) is provided inside the intake / exhaust main body 9 to clean the air. The fan 3 is driven by electricity, and the driving operation can be turned on / off by a switch (not shown).

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the blocking means 23 is a steel cylinder 29 having a diameter of 50 mm. Inside the cylinder 29, an urging member 31 made of a steel spring and an urging member 31 are provided. Two semi-disc-shaped steel plate blocking members 33 that can be opened and closed to maintain a ventilation state that allows exhaust to flow while facing each other, and two blocking members that maintain the biased and facing state A U-shaped fuse 35 sandwiching the member 33 is included.

As shown in FIG. 5, each blocking member 33 is attached to a steel rotating shaft 39 in the vicinity of a convex portion 37 provided in a ring shape inside the cylinder 29, and is rotatably attached to the inside of the cylinder 29. Yes. The biasing member 31 is sandwiched between the blocking members 33 in a state where the blocking members 33 face each other, and is attached to a columnar steel rod 32 extending from the inner surface of the cylindrical body 29 to the center. A rectangular plate 41 made of a steel plate is provided between the rotating shafts 39 of the two blocking members 33. As shown in FIG. 6, the two blocking members 33 are developed by the urging member 31 and protruded. In a state where it is in contact with the portion 37, a disc-shaped blocking portion is formed inside the cylindrical body 29 to block ventilation.

The fuse 35 is provided on the upstream side of the exhaust, and when a predetermined temperature (about 180 degrees) is reached, the welded and joined portion is melted and divided into two members as shown in FIG. Then, the two blocking members 33 are opened, and the urging member 31 opens the two blocking members 33 and puts them into a non-ventilated state. As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent a situation in which a fire such as a flame or hot air flows backward. At this time, the blocking member 33 at the two-dot chain line portion in the enlarged view of FIG. 4, and as shown in FIG. 6, the blocking member 33 is unfolded by the urging member 31 and in contact with the convex portion 37. Since it is in the state, even when the flame such as flame or hot air has flowed back vigorously, the blocking member 33 remains in contact with the convex portion 37 and does not open. The reason why the fuse 35 is provided on the upstream side of the exhaust gas is that hot air or fire hits the U-shaped vertical surface (rear surface) shown in FIG. 6 so that a part of the fuse 35 reacts with heat to be easily dissolved. It is.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of ducts 11 a to 11 e are extended from the intake / exhaust body 9, and the plurality of ducts 11 a to 11 e are sucked in the ceilings 13 of the other rooms 7 b to 7 d. A blocking means 23 is provided in each hole 21 of the plurality of floor joists 19 connected to the exhaust grill 15 and extending to each of the plurality of other rooms 7b to 7d. The other rooms 7b to 7d that are far from the intake / exhaust body 9 are provided with a plurality of blocking means 23 in the duct path.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the blocking means 23 is connected to the ducts 11 a to 11 e in the vicinity of the intake / exhaust body 9. Even when the blocking means 23 close to the other rooms 7b to 7d does not operate and the ventilation is not blocked, if the blocking means 23 operates in the vicinity of the intake / exhaust body 9, the ventilation is blocked at this portion and the other rooms 7b to 7d are blocked. Fire spread can be prevented from a 7d fire.

<変形例1>
<Modification 1>
In the said embodiment, the example in which the intake / exhaust main body 9 was installed in the ceiling back of the room 7a by the side of the outer wall 5 was demonstrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the intake / exhaust body 9 may be installed on the wall surface of the room 7a on the outer wall 5 side. In this case, replacement of the exhaust filter of the intake / exhaust body 9 can be facilitated.

<変形例2>
<Modification 2>
In the said embodiment, the interruption | blocking means 23 demonstrated the example connected to the ducts 11a-11e in the vicinity of the intake / exhaust main body 9. FIG. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the blocking means 23 may be connected to the ducts 11 a to 11 e in the vicinity of the intake / exhaust grill 15. By providing the blocking means 23 in the vicinity of the intake / exhaust grill 15, it is possible to prevent the spread of fire from fire earlier.
