Claims (5)
- 容器本体の内表面にバリア被膜を有する合成樹脂製容器であって、
前記バリア被膜が、
前記容器本体の内表面に形成された有機ケイ素化合物膜と、
前記有機ケイ素化合物膜の内表面に形成されたシリカ膜と、
前記シリカ膜の内表面に形成されたシリコン酸窒化膜とからなることを特徴とする合成樹脂製容器。 - 前記容器本体がポリエステル系の合成樹脂材料により形成されている、請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製容器。
- 容器本体の内表面にバリア被膜を有する合成樹脂製容器の製造方法であって、
前記容器本体の内表面に、有機ケイ素化合物膜を形成する第1成膜工程と、
前記有機ケイ素化合物膜の内表面に、シリカ膜を形成する第2成膜工程と、
窒素を含んだプラズマにより前記シリカ膜の内表面を窒化処理して該シリカ膜の内表面にシリコン酸窒化膜を形成する第3成膜工程と、を有することを特徴とする合成樹脂製容器の製造方法。 - 前記第1成膜工程が、前記容器本体内にヘキサメチルジシロキサンと酸素とを含む混合ガスを供給してプラズマ処理する化学気相成長法により行われ、
前記第2成膜工程が、前記容器本体内にヘキサメチルジシラザンと酸素とを含む混合ガスを供給してプラズマ処理する化学気相成長法により行われる、請求項3に記載の合成樹脂製容器の製造方法。 - 前記容器本体がポリエステル系の合成樹脂材料により形成されている、請求項3または4に記載の合成樹脂製容器の製造方法。
