Description
前記貯液槽から前記組成物を吸引し、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルを発生させる手段と、
前記各貯液槽から吸引された前記各組成物を混合する混合手段であって、エアロゾル中のこれら2種類の組成物の相対比率をユーザーが選択できる如く構成される混合手段と、
少なくとも1個の空気取入口を有する細長い本体と、
前記本体の一端に設けられたマウスピースと、を備え、
ユーザーが空気を前記空気取入口から前記本体内へ吸引して前記エアロゾルと混合し、前記マウスピースを通じて混合エアロゾル組成物を吸入できる如く構成されており、
前記少なくとも2個の貯液槽が前記マウスピースに内蔵されているとともに、前記マウスピースが前記本体に対して脱着可能であってユーザーが前記少なくとも2個の貯液槽に到達可能であることを特徴とするエアロゾル発生装置が提供される。
電源と、
少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリと、
前記電源から前記ヒーター・アセンブリへ選択的に電力を供給する手段と、
各々別のエアロゾル生成組成物を含んで構成される少なくとも2個の貯液槽と、
1個または複数の前記貯液槽から吸引された液体の前記組成物に対する前記ヒーター・アセンブリによる加熱を選択的に制御する制御手段であって、選択された前記液体と共に電力が該ヒーター・アセンブリへ供給されると、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルが発生されるように構成された制御手段と、
を備える。
本発明の上記の実施例は以下の技術的思想を包含する。
(1)各々別のエアロゾル生成組成物を含んで構成される少なくとも2個の貯液槽と、前記貯液槽から前記組成物を吸引し、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルを発生させる手段と、前記各貯液槽から吸引された前記各組成物を混合する混合手段であって、エアロゾル中のこれら2種類の組成物の相対比率をユーザーが選択できる如く構成される混合手段と、を備えるエアロゾル発生装置。
(2)電源と、少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリと、前記電源から前記ヒーター・アセンブリへ選択的に電力を供給する手段と、1個または複数の前記貯液槽から吸引された液体の前記組成物に対する前記ヒーター・アセンブリによる加熱を選択的に制御する制御手段であって、選択された前記液体と共に電力が該ヒーター・アセンブリへ供給されると、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルが発生されるように構成された制御手段と、を更に備える、(1)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(3)少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリに前記電源から電力を選択的に供給する前記手段は、電子タバコを通じて空気を吸引するユーザーによって導通されるスイッチである、(2)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(4)前記制御手段は、前記ヒーター・アセンブリの少なくとも1個の伝達要素形成部へ、前記貯液槽の一方又は他方を選択的に、又は各貯液槽を同時に接続できるユーザー開閉式のバルブである、(2)または(3)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(5)前記少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリは各貯液槽に対応して設けられたヒーター素子を備え、前記制御手段はユーザーが各ヒーター素子に印加する電力量を選択し、これによってエアロゾル生成に用いられる各貯液槽からの液体の量を制御可能に構成されている、(2)から(4)のいずれか1つに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(6)前記制御手段は、前記ヒーター・アセンブリの各ヒーター素子に交互にパルス電力を供給するように構成されている、(2)から(5)のいずれか1つに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(7)前記少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリは各貯液槽に対応して設けられたヒーター素子を有し、前記制御手段は各ヒーター素子上の空気の流れを制御するバルブの如き機械式の流量調節器として構成され、これによって各貯液槽から吸引されてエアロゾル発生に用いられる液体の量を制御する如く構成されている、(2)から(4)のいずれか1つに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(8)前記各貯液槽と前記制御手段とが内蔵された細長い本体を更に備え、該本体は少なくとも1個の空気取入口と少なくとも1個のマウスピース部とを更に備え、ユーザーが空気を該細長い本体内へ吸引して前記エアロゾルと混合し、該マウスピースを通じて該混合エアロゾル組成物を吸入できる如く構成されている、(1)から(7)のいずれか1つに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(9)前記電源が前記細長い本体内に内蔵され、前記少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリと前記少なくとも2個の貯液槽とが該細長い本体の前記マウスピースに内蔵されている、(2)から(8)のいずれか1つに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(10)前記各貯液槽は前記組成物を加圧下に保つ如く構成され、該各貯液槽から該組成物を吸引する前記手段は各貯液槽ごとに1個、計2個のバルブを備える、(1)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(11)個々のバルブが所定量の各組成物を吐出する如く構成されている、(10)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(12)前記組成物の相対比率を制御する前記手段は、片方又は両方のバルブから吐出される該組成物の吐出量を変化させる手段を備える、(10)または(11)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(13)前記貯液槽から前記組成物を吸引する手段は高圧ガス源であり、該組成物の相対比率の制御をユーザーに可能ならしめる前記手段は可変比率バルブである、(1)に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
(14)前記貯液槽が再充填可能である、前掲のいずれか1つに記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
Claims (8)
- 各々別のエアロゾル生成組成物を含んで構成される少なくとも2個の貯液槽と、
前記貯液槽から前記組成物を吸引する手段と、
前記各貯液槽から吸引された前記組成物を混合するユーザー開閉式のバルブであって、エアロゾル中のこれら2種類の組成物の相対比率をユーザーが選択できる如く構成されるバルブと、
前記貯液槽から吸引された前記組成物が供給される伝達要素を加熱するヒーター素子を有するヒーター・アセンブリと、
前記バルブを備える制御手段と、を備え、
前記バルブは、前記伝達要素へ、前記貯液槽の一方又は他方を選択的に、又は各貯液槽を同時に接続し、ユーザーが前記バルブを操作することにより、少なくとも2個の前記貯液槽のうちのいずれかから前記組成物が放出され、又は少なくとも2個の前記貯液槽から前記組成物が混合して放出されることを特徴とするエアロゾル発生装置。 - 少なくとも1個の空気取入口を有する細長い本体と、

前記少なくとも2個の貯液槽が前記マウスピースに内蔵されているとともに、前記マウスピースが前記本体に対して脱着可能であってユーザーが前記少なくとも2個の貯液槽に到達可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 電源と、
前記電源から前記ヒーター・アセンブリへ選択的に電力を供給する手段と、を更に備え、
前記制御手段は、1個または複数の前記貯液槽から吸引された前記組成物に対する前記ヒーター・アセンブリによる加熱を選択的に制御し、選択された前記組成物と共に該ヒーター・アセンブリへ電力が供給されると、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルが発生されるように構成されている、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記ヒーター・アセンブリに前記電源から電力を選択的に供給する前記手段は、前記マウスピースを通じて空気を吸引するユーザーによって導通されるスイッチである、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記ヒーター・アセンブリの前記ヒーター素子に交互にパルス電力を供給するように構成されている、請求項3または4に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 各々別のエアロゾル生成組成物を含んで構成される少なくとも2個の貯液槽と、
前記貯液槽から前記組成物を吸引する手段と、
前記各貯液槽から吸引された前記各組成物を混合するバルブであって、エアロゾル中のこれら2種類の組成物の相対比率をユーザーが選択できる如く構成されるバルブと、
を備え、
前記各貯液槽は前記組成物を加圧下に保つ如く構成され、該各貯液槽から該組成物を吸引する前記手段は各貯液槽ごとに1個、計2個の前記バルブを備え、
2個の前記バルブは、開口部と、前記開口部を通じて前記貯液槽と流体接続された内部計量チャンバと、前記内部計量チャンバに設けられて前記組成物をエアロゾルの形で放出する排出口と、をそれぞれ備え、
ユーザーの操作により2個の前記バルブと連動して、2個の前記貯液槽からそれぞれ供給される前記組成物の分量比を選択する調節機構を備えるエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記貯液槽が再充填可能である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 各々別のエアロゾル生成組成物を含んで構成される少なくとも2個の貯液槽と、
電源と、
少なくとも1個のヒーター・アセンブリと、
前記貯液槽から前記組成物を吸引し、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルを発生させる手段と、
前記電源から前記ヒーター・アセンブリへ選択的に電力を供給する手段と、
1個または複数の前記貯液槽から吸引された液体の前記組成物に対する前記ヒーター・アセンブリによる加熱を選択的に制御する制御手段であって、選択された前記液体と共に電力が該ヒーター・アセンブリへ供給されると、ユーザーが吸入するエアロゾルが発生されるように構成された制御手段と、を備え、
前記制御手段は更に、前記各貯液槽から吸引された前記各組成物を混合する混合手段であって、エアロゾル中のこれら2種類の組成物の相対比率をユーザーが選択できる如く構成される混合手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記ヒーター・アセンブリの少なくとも1個の伝達要素形成部へ、前記貯液槽の一方又は他方を選択的に、又は各貯液槽を同時に接続できるユーザー開閉式のバルブである、エアロゾル発生装置。
