Claims (2)
- 連続アーク溶接用トーチにおいて、
本体(900)であってその中を通って電極ワイヤ(W)が、前記本体の頭端部から前記本体の底端部の方向へ移動する本体(900)と、
前記ワイヤが前記本体の前記底端部から移動するときワイヤ消耗電気アークを生成するための手段と、
前記本体内に頭端部と、前記本体の前記底端部に底端部を有する前記本体内の可撓性ケーブル(935)と、
前記可撓性ケーブルの頭端部から前記底端部までの軸方向通路であってその中を通って前記電極ワイヤが移動する軸方向通路と、
前記可撓性ケーブルの前記頭端部を回転させるように構成されたモータ(920)と、
前記本体の前記底端部に取り付けられたチップ(52)であって、
前記ワイヤのアーク端部がそこから延ばされるチップと、
前記チップと前記可撓性ケーブルの間の搖動ベアリング(960、965)であって、
前記チップが取外し可能に取り付けられ、
前記可撓性ケーブルに取り付けられ、
前記電極ワイヤが中を通過する
搖動ベアリング(960、965)と、
前記可撓性ケーブルを前記本体の中心からそらし、これにより前記チップを通過する前記電極ワイヤの円形経路を設定するように構成された偏心ワッシャ(950)およびスライダ(955)と、を含み、
前記偏心ワッシャ(950)およびスライダ(955)が、前記トーチの本体内を、前記可撓性ケーブルに沿って摺動して移動可能であり、これにより前記電極ワイヤの前記円形経路を調整する
ことを特徴とする連続アーク溶接用トーチ。 - 請求項1に記載のトーチにおいて、
入力制御信号および出力制御信号を有する制御器をさらに含み、
前記制御器が、
前記可撓性ケーブルの回転方向、
前記可撓性ケーブルの回転速度、
前記可撓性ケーブルの回転力、
のうちの少なくとも1つを調整するように構成される
ことを特徴とするトーチ。
