Claims (8)
- 強化基材に樹脂を含浸させた複合材料の表面のうち、接着剤が塗布される位置に、レーザーを照射することによって前記強化基材を露出させ、露出された前記強化基材に向けて前記レーザーを照射することによって前記強化基材を毛羽立たせる複合材料の表面改質方法。
- 前記強化基材を露出させた後に、前記レーザーの出力を上げて照射することで前記強化基材を毛羽立たせる請求項1に記載の複合材料の表面改質方法。
- 前記強化基材を構成する繊維束は、互い違いに交差する織り目を有するように構成され、
前記レーザーの照射面積が、1つの前記織り目の面積よりも小さくなるように、前記レーザーを照射する請求項1または2に記載の複合材料の表面改質方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の表面改質方法によって毛羽立った前記強化基材に対して、前記接着剤を塗布し、前記接着剤に対して前記複合材料の反対側に別部材を配置して、前記複合材料に対して前記別部材を接合する複合材料の接合方法。
- 前記接着剤には、毛羽立った前記強化基材と絡まる繊維が含まれる請求項4に記載の複合材料の接合方法。
- 前記接着剤を塗布する前に、毛羽立った前記強化基材に対して、毛羽立った前記強化基材と絡まる繊維を塗布する請求項4に記載の複合材料の接合方法。
- 前記強化基材と絡まる前記繊維は、前記強化基材と同じ材料からなる請求項5または6に記載の複合材料の接合方法。
- 前記接着剤は熱硬化性であって、
前記別部材を配置した後に、前記接着剤に前記レーザーを照射して硬化させる請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の接合方法。
