Description
Claims (5)
- 自動的な基準獲得と、解析対象のEPを発生させる生理系の変化(悪化または回復)についての事後の監視、検出、および特定のための自動EP解析装置であって、
前記生理系の現在EP波形と前回EP波形との比較、及び、前記現在EP波形と、前記前回EP波形とは異なる前記基準との比較に基づいて、EPを特徴評価および分類して、前記現在EP波形が潜時、振幅、または形態において重大な変化を示した場合に前記EPを発生させる前記生理系の変化(悪化または回復)について警告を発するように適合された装置。 - 前記装置が、手術環境の他の機器に前記装置を統合するシステムをさらに包含する、請求項1の装置。
- 手術環境の他の機器により生理変化を手動または自動で寛解または軽減させ、事後に獲得されるEP波形を改善させることのできる情報を前記機器へ供給できる装置である、請求項1の装置。
- 麻酔または血圧機械からの情報を入手してEP波形の変化が麻酔または血圧変化によるものである時に計算を行う装置である、請求項1の装置。
- 体性感覚EP波形が獲得される時に、周辺神経構造への潜在的損傷を自動的に特定する装置の作動方法であって、
患者の周辺神経近傍に取り付けられる電極に電気パルスを送信するステップと、
頸部または頭部に載置される電極を介して神経系により発生される合成電気波形を記録するステップと、
獲得された現在EP波形と前回EP波形との比較、及び、前記現在EP波形と、前記前回EP波形とは異なる基準との比較に基づいて、前記現在EP波形の変化または傾向を測定するステップと、
前記変化について利用者に警告するステップと、
データが正確であるかどうかを判断する選択肢を前記利用者に与えるステップと、
を包含する作動方法。
