Description
Claims (10)
- バッテリモジュールのための少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)を少なくとも部分的に押圧しながら収容するための収容器(34)であって、前記収容器(34)は、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)の2つの対向する側に配置可能な少なくとも2つのエンドプレート(10)を有する、前記収容器(34)において、
前記少なくとも2つのエンドプレート(10)は、当該エンドプレート(10)に固定されており少なくとも2つの差込要素(28)を各々が有する複数の結合手段(24)によって、以下のような形態により結合されており、即ち、
前記結合手段(24)の前記差込要素(28)が、前記エンドプレート(10)での当該結合手段(24)の固定のために、前記エンドプレート(10)のスリーブ(22)であって、当該結合手段(24)の伸長方向に対してほぼ直交して配置された平面上に伸びる前記スリーブ(22)に嵌まるという形態により結合されており、
前記差込要素(28)が前記結合手段(24)の一部として一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、収容器(34)。 - 前記スリーブ(22)は、前記エンドプレート(10)を完全に貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の収容器(34)。
- 対にして配置された少なくとも4つのエンドプレート(10)が設けられ、前記エンドプレート(10)は2つずつ、スリーブ(22)と一直線に並んで配置された状態で、互いに上下に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(34)。
- 対にして配置された少なくとも4つのエンドプレート(10)が設けられ、前記エンドプレート(10)は2つずつ、スリーブ(22)と平行に配置された状態で、互いに平行に位置付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(34)。
- 前記スリーブ(22)は、金属材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(34)。
- 前記エンドプレート(10)は、プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(34)。
- 前記エンドプレート(10)は、少なくとも部分的に、ハニカム形状の構造(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(34)。
- 前記結合手段(24)は、金属材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の収容器(34)。
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)を含むバッテリモジュールであって、前記バッテリモジュールは、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(12)を収容するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの収容器(34)を有することを特徴とする、バッテリモジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの温度調整要素(36)が設けられ、前記温度調整要素(36)は、少なくとも1つのエンドプレート(10)のスリーブ(22)と一直線に並んで配置されたスリーブ(38)を有し、少なくとも1つの結合手段(24)の前記差込要素(28)は、前記温度調整要素(36)の前記スリーブ(38)を通って案内され、又は、少なくとも1つの温度調整要素(36)が結合手段(24)として機能することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリモジュール。
