Description
本発明は、ソーラーパネル等のパネル体の取付構造に関する。 The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a panel body such as a solar panel.
ソーラー発電システムにあっては、多くの枚数のソーラーパネルを連設した状態で建築物や構造物に取り付けて使用されている。
従来は、ソーラーパネルを1枚ずつ駆体側に固定していたが、簡単に複数のソーラーパネルを連設固定する方法として本出願人は、先にソーラーパネルの取付構造を提案している(特許文献1)。
近年、さらなる低コスト化の要求が強く、本発明はその取付構造を改良したものである。
特許文献2は、太陽光発電パネルの上部を軸受部材と支持軸部材にて回動可能、且つ着脱可能にヒンジ機構を介して取り付ける技術を開示する。
しかし、同公報に開示する取付構造は、部品点数が多く複雑であり、実用的ではない。

However, the mounting structure disclosed in the publication has a large number of components and is not practical.

本発明のパネル体の取付構造は、駆体側に設けた固定フレームに引掛部材を用いてパネル体を取り付ける取付構造であって、固定フレームは支持片部と、当該支持片部から上方に向けて立設し、上端部が駆体側にループした円弧状の被係止片部を有し、前記引掛部材は上部側に円弧状の係止部と下部側に前記係止部とは反対側に略コ字形状に折り曲げた引掛部とを有し、パネル体は上枠から下方に垂下した引掛片部を有し、固定フレームの被係止片部の円弧状部に引掛部材の円弧状部が相互に摺接回転係合するように係止させ、前記引掛部材の引掛部にパネル体の引掛片部を引掛けたことを特徴とする。
このようにすると、固定フレームを左右方向に延在するように建築物や構造物等の駆体側に取り付けるとともに、パネル体を上下方向に連設する間隔に合せて、複数段に複数の固定フレームを予め取り付けることができ、本発明に係る引掛部材の上部側の円弧状の係止部を前面側から固定フレーム側の円弧状の被係止片部の上部に差し込み、その後に相互の円弧状部の内周面が相互に摺接回動するように、引掛部材の下部側(引掛部)を下方に回動させるだけで、固定フレームに引掛部材を取り付けることができる。
その後は、パネル体の上枠に設けた引掛片部を上から下に向けて差し込むように、この引掛部材の下側引掛部に引っ掛けるだけで、パネル体を固定フレームに取り付けることができる。
本発明において、パネル体はソーラーパネルのみならず、外装材等の建築材にも適用できる。

この場合に、上方パネル体の下枠と下方パネル体の上枠を押え部材にて固定フレーム側に押え連結してもよい。

図1は、共通する固定フレームに上方側のパネル体30の下枠32と下方側のパネル体30の上枠31を連設固定した例を示す。
固定フレーム10は、アルミニウム合金の押出形材にて製作した例になっている。
中空部10aを有する中空断面形状になっていて、中空部10aから上側と下側とに固定片部11を有し、この固定片部11を用いて駆体側に固定する。
固定フレーム10の下部側には、前方に突出する支持片部12を有し、この支持片部12の先端部から上方に立設した立設部の先端部を駆体側にループするように円弧状の被係止片部14を有する。
これにより、後述する引掛部材20の挿入空間部14aが形成される。
固定フレーム10の上部側には、上方パネル体30の下枠32の下面を載置するように、受け片部13と駆体からの位置を位置決めするために当接部13aを有する。
固定フレーム10の上下方向中央部には、押え部材40を固定するためのレール状のボルト頭の挿入部15を有する。
